We went on a Thursday night. It wasn't super busy when we arrived around 5:30 PM, which was nice.I will say everything was good from the service from our waitress to the timeliness of how we got our food to being in and out of the place fast.But my goodness it was expensive for no reason other than being in the mall? $47 for 2 burgers, 2 fries (order one they are huge portions) and a milkshake. Just way overpriced.Good experience but not worth the price.
This location is severely understaffed. The servers are waiting tables, busing tables, serving as the hostess or host seating people, etc. So it took a while to be seated even though they weren't that busy. However, they are doing a great job with the staff that they have. And the food was very good. If you go to eat at this location, please give the staff a very large tip. They are working hard, and I appreciate that they are working.
Had lunch today, the portions were amazing! One of the best philly's I've ever had! There was a bit of a wait to be seated because they were short-staffed, but with a little bit of patience it was an over all great experience, once we were sat, our drinks and food were out within 10 minutes. :-) Definitely will be going back!
Long… long wait and even longer wait once you sit at the table and order. I love their food but it’s a ridiculously long wait for food.
First time eating there, food was good 3 star's but the waitress we had was probably the best server I've ever had. Wish i could have given her a 100% tip she was that good but i didn't have that much money she gets 5 star's
I'm a very picky burger eater and I have to say this place lives up to its hype! The burgers were cooked to perfection the fries are served hot and staff was very friendly! I highly recommend this place to any of my fellow burger lovers!
I'd definitely go back. The food was classic diner type. I personally had a cheese burger and onion rings. The cheese burger was good and the onion rings were fried to perfection. My only complaint about this place was the, sometimes slightly, awkward feel of it being located in a shopping mall. I was sitting at a table with a half wall separating me from any passerby. That wasn't enough to take away from the above average good. As I said, I'm going back in the future.
Employees hate their job at this location. They look at you weird if you only order a Shake. They make fun of clients right in front of them as if we couldn't hear them.Food was good and service was quick.

Again no.workers strikes again, good food staff working their butts off...left a bigger than normal tip tonight....feel bad for them.
