$300 bucks for over cooked and way over seasoned seafood.I told the waitress our $100 our bowl of seafood was so overly seasoned with old bay seasoning we could hardly eat it.Waitress said "o yeah" shrugged her shoulders and moved on without careBy the end of the meal she made no efforts to correct the meal. So we contacted the manager. He said he would only make us pay for half the un eaten meal... seafood was overcooked. Way over seasoned. Big chain fast food. SadOnly reason to give 2 stars was the appetizers were goodWe won't go back. With so much competition in Nashville. There are much better places to try from now on
Went to Joes in Pigeon Forge. The food was a costly mistake. It tasted horrible. The crab meat was over cooked, or old. It was not even warm. We love crab meat and couldn’t eat it all. $4 for a soda!!! Over priced for everything!
The food was not great for the price. The lobster bisque was bland and the crab tasted old. The crab shell was very brittle and little pieces ended up in the meat.
Came here after a long walk downtown. We're craving seafood so joes crabshack wasn't anything new to us but this location was definitely friendly. I Food came out quick and our waiter was friendly and amazing. we had a really good drink as well definitely recommend and I wasn't a wait to sit down and eat.
Excellent service. We arrived early and were let in and served by the manager. The salmon was excellent. As was the shrimp platter. Come hungry as the portions are substantial. Prices are fair. Haven't been in quite some time but will be back again soon.
Normally this place is awesome and fun. We go here at least every year for my birthday. The food is always great, as it was this time. There's usually a lot of celebration with birthdays but this time there was nothing. I don't know if our server was new or just distracted but it wasn't that busy when we were there. We love the place and will always go back
Just off Broadway, nice place to avoid all the madness and get a table right away. Many different seafood options, big portions and reasonable prices. Food came out quite, it was hot and fresh. Server and manager were both very nice and assisted us with all of our needs.
Always a great experience when it comes to seafood. The prices can be steep but depending on your order that can run from 15 to 45 dollars a person...but worth every penny when dining there. Plenty to choose from starting with fish or crab or lobster or an appetizer. And some of the drinks for adults can make you come back for more. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because if you come by car you will have to pay extra for parking and that shouldn't happen anywhere because of the money you're already spending on their food.
Wonderful atmosphere with an amazing and fun staff. The food is good, but definitely overpriced (no prices on many menu items). My King Crab Leg Bucket and a mixed drink cost me $80. I love crab, but man, that was a bit steep. Another downfall is the parking. Parking in the nearby lots will cost $35 and up. Ouch!
Food was great!! Service was horrible.. waited more then five minutes to be seated and the place was empty.. even had a couple in from of me to waiting to be seated. the hostess was no where to be found.. she walked by and said I will be right back.. the waitress was friendly but really never checked on me until the end after I asked for the check.. She let me drink go dry.. also brought out the wrong food to me also..
