Not sure it’s worth the time to type this. The management responds to these reviews with a generic reply.Store is open until 10:00 per Google and your website. Went to drive through at 9:45, no answer. Parked car and went to door. Locked. Went back to drive through, employee- “Can I help you?”. I started to order, interrupted, “We’re closed”. I responded “Oh, I’m sorry” with an aggravated “Man, Damn” said back to me.I am a regular customer who comes 2-3 times a week. Typically 9:30-9:45 due to medical nature of my job. Tonight’s experience was enough for me to say adios. You lost a regular customer and will continue to lose them with that type of attitude. Fix your store hours online or make sure your staff understands how to read a clock. 9:45 is not 10:00.
Food was ok they was out of things that came on my sandwich. Lady working at the window was rude and had no customer service
Skip this location, staff is rude, when I showed up to pick my online order up, they didn't have change for my bill, which is frustrating, but, happens, it was however unnecessary for the young man to be rude and short with me handing me back my money.It is not my fault that you don't stock the cash drawer, nor do I take being talked to by a teenager disrespectfully well, perhaps that is why there is no one ever at that location for the Chick-fil-A next door is always packed.
Ask for tuna on a wrap and was told wraps are for only speciality sandwiches. Ask for a fork because I ended up getting the lettuce wrap and could not eat it so I thought I could eat as a salad. Ask if they had forks and was told no and the two people behind the counter where laughing about the fact I Ask for a fork. Napkins were not visible and was told to lean over the counter to get them. I am in the service industry and to me this is unacceptable.
Being next door to Chick-fil-A that has two lines wrapped around the building this spot is perfect for when you need to get in and out. The sandwiches are solid but the impression is left by them being so fast! Gotta love it!
Since I can't get back to my deli spots in North Jersey, JJ's will have to do. Love their bread, hate that they don't have Swiss for my turkey Swiss. My reluctant go to for subs in this city.
Great food and even greater delivery! Delivered to me in my big truck with no problems!
This location now has a drive-through, which is a plus, but I ordered a sandwich with no meat or cheese… (For a grandchild who wanted only mayo& lettuce on white bread) and they charged me the full price of a meat& cheese sandwich! $7.19. When I questioned them about it they said they had no way to price it out any differently! I got the meat and cheese on the side, since I’d paid for it. I can’t imagine that they cannot accommodate vegetarian orders in a better manner.
Only place open when we arrived in snow storm. Staff was super friendly and food was great.
