I just visited this location. I parked in the back where there are 3 signs that clearly say parking for Jimmy John’s customers. Well before I could even put my car in park, one of the delivery drivers rolled down his window to tell me my car would be towed because this is parking for drivers. I told him it clearly states parking for customers. He responded with “don’t be long or they will tow you because this is parking for drivers.” I told him again the sign says customers and he repeated his statement yet again. We went back and forth about three times before I decided to just tune him out. If Jimmy John’s doesn’t have parking for their customers then how do they expect to have customers?! And why would there be a sign stating parking for customers only for customers to be threatened with being towed because it’s “for the drivers”?! This made me not even want to spend my money there. Jimmy John’s is looking for trouble if they tow a customer’s car from the CUSTOMER PARKING area. Do better!

I waited 2 hours for a delivery that the driver told me would be 20 minutes max. The lady who worked the phone was rude. I have been trying to reach the GM Charlie for several days, left my phone number, no response. I work nearby and our staff frequently orders here and we even refer our patients. We give them a lot of business but the ball has surely been dropped when it’s time for them to take care of us. This is the second time one of our nurses has had to wait hours for a sandwich that should take minutes. As an RN, sometimes we barely get a lunch break, so when we finally are able to order food, we expect it in a timely manner. I had a horrible experience. Jersey mikes is 1 minute away and much better service. After asking the rep for some compensation for my wait she said nope if you want the sandwich u need to pay full price for it. It was all very unprofessional. The delivery guy was kind but he never asked for my phone number which supposedly started the delay, but I called back 30 minutes later and gave the info and it still took over 1.5 hours more. He asked where I was located and I told him where. I asked if he wanted the address he told me no that he knew where it was. It was all bad. Taking my business where I am appreciated. Soft bread, but not worth the disappointment.

HAIR IN MY SUB. Absolutely disgusting. There were several very long dark strands of hair and I couldn’t help but throw up. I will never return. Nashville has so many better options.

Beware the store doesn’t close based on the business hours listed on this app it is based on when the employees decide they don’t want to make any more sandwiches for the evening. Walked in 15 minutes before they were closing, another person was picking up a bag of sandwiches that were just made and I am told “we are closed”. If you don’t close when you say you are going to you might want to update the hours to when your employees are deciding they are done for the day

I will be calling this store again today. This happened almost a month ago, and I was promised a refund that never came. We ordered 2 sandwiches for pickup and they were completely wrong, the store didn’t have anything in stock, my sandwich was basically mayonnaise and meat. The store was disgusting. My chip bags were sticky for some reason and the coke machine was running out of flavor. Don’t promise a refund if you aren’t going to give it. Trying again today.

Worst experience ever. We were out of town and figured this would be a good go to for a quick lunch, however it took 50 minutes from order time to sandwiches in hand. Took 30 min to prepare and 20 min to deliver. We were .8 miles from the store and Google said it was a 4 min drive, yet it took 20 min ??? I called the store 25 min after I ordered and all they could say was it was “not assigned” yet and they had no drivers at that time. I thought this was Jimmy John’s ~ FREAKY FAST? NOT SO MUCH!

We waited for over an hour for our delivery. When I called to check on it they said they weren't doing deliveries until possibly 4pm and I got hung up on twice when they didn't want to answer my questions about why no one would call to tell me. Don't waste your time.

We ordered two sandwiches last night to be delivered less than a half mile away. After 28 minutes, we received a text stating our sandwiches were out for delivery. I went downstairs to wait for the sandwiches to make it easier for the delivery guy. While I was waiting outside in 45° weather, I got a call from Jimmy John’s saying “I do apologize but my delivery driver just walked out the door.“ in essence he was telling me his delivery driver just quit. We will let it slide but it’s not proper to say “I do apologize.“ This Jimmy John’s it’s run by someone who obviously doesn’t care about customers nor do they really care about proper English. Not that one has one thing to do with the other, but it makes the shop seem low rent.I highly recommend going any place on earth other than this Jimmy John’s for your sandwich as you will probably never receive it. Thanks for nothing Jimmy John’s. Nothing will make me happier than one day driving by this location and seeing it go out of business. No one needs this type of aggravation. The manager needs to be fired or retrained. There are too many other places in this town to get a sandwich. This place is shameful and inefficient.

I ordered a #6 on sliced wheat, went in to pick up the online order. I have ordered from many different Jimmy Johns and it very hard to get a Veggie wrong. There was meat on the sandwich. I called to inform them of the error, at this time I am back at work and can not leave to go correct their mistake. I am 2 miles from the store approx. an 8 min drive, I was given multi reason as to why they couldn't deliver. They can remake the sandwich however I could not go get it, the answer was I could have someone come pick it up for me , or give a credit . As I stated I have no lunch and would like to eat, I then asked if she could give me the regional manager information or her boss, I was put on hold and then she stated that I could give her my info, I asked for an email for her boss now she said she wouldn't give me his number but I only asked for a name. Now what's odd is the first person I spoke with was very apologetic and even said if she had a car she would bring the food, I asked for her manager and she said if you can hold I will get him (which she gave his name) I asked is he in the store she said yes hold one sec. Now I believe the manager or owner was there but decided to put me off to someone else horrible customer service. I will never ever spend a cent at this store their customer service was horrible and their solution was lets say not a solution. Yes supply and demand has this location in a great spot that they will continue to have customers because of the location, but service is much more important and you all should look into some customer service training.

I stood outside 30 minutes waiting for an order that didn't come. I ordered through door dash and when I called them they told me the driver was through the store and she couldn't help! Called the store The lady who answered was rude. I told her the online tracker said it was 2 min away,.... 30 minutes later... no sandwich, she stated that she didn't know how long it would be and hung up!!!! Horrible I will not be ordering from there again. Door Dash or Jimmy John's lost my business ?
