First of all, customer service is always a make or break for me and I was so happy to experience good customer service after a long morning waiting at a nearby hotel. I walked to the restaurant and my sandwich was made immediately and with care. It was also very fresh and tasty, I will be coming back while I'm here!
I go to plenty Jimmy John's locations and this is by far one of my favorites. Staff always seems busy but still kind and courteous. Also it's always freaky fast!
I had a sandwich delivered to Frost Brown and Todd building in the pinnacle , I'd like to know as to why my delivery driver could not fulfill their responsibility and deliver to the 19th floor , so I had one of my assistant come down 19 flights of stairs to pick the order up and haul it back up the same 19 flights , can someone please explain to me why ? There was not even an offer to meet half way , so let me get this clear , you don't feel a customer is worth fulfilling a commitment to delivery , unless it suits the tip , am I to assume work ethic is not in the forefront of anyone's mind to deliver great customer service , whether it was one sandwich or a catered event
The girl at the counter was so rude she made me want to walk away. Asked for a meal a sub and got a death stare.
I use to work there so I'm going to show big Love for them. The food is always fresh and made freaky fast plus the workers are the best, most good hearted freaks I know. It's downtown in the most popular area near Broadway and near the Titans statium. Tell Barbie she is the best person to represent Jimmy John's and give her a generous tip bc she is my best friend for life. ????
Wrong bread for hunter club sandwich.No napkinsTook one hour on a Wednesday to deliver 1/2 mile away. Poor customer service when called.
Not using masks and watched employees cough on the food. I selected curbside and I had to go in and make drinks and the staff acted like they didn’t even know what curbside was and that they offered it! Employees complaining about not getting paid enough to take food to the curb!
I seriously can't believe how fast the gentleman made our subs!! I've never seen anyone make a sub that fast.. freaky fast is right!! Thank-you
Very upsetting.. need to hire more people if that is the problem but a cold sandwich that is less than a mile away from me shouldn't take over a hour. On top of that I didn't even receive my free side pickle which was the reason I ordered anyways since they rewarded me with a free side via email.
Took over an hour to get a delivery, so not freaky fast. The cyclist was working his butt off but perhaps having a motor powered vehicle would be better. He had his backpack completely stuffed with orders and my soda was flat and warm. Forgot my chips too. The sandwiches were warm and the bread was soggy. The sandwiches were obviously made much earlier and left to sit out unrefrigerated. Perhaps they are understaffed… but based on the other negative reviews this seems to be a frequent thing. Don’t order delivery from here…
