For a location that just reopened, this is the grossest Jersey Mike’s location that I’ve ever been to. I have been in twice in the last month. The first time I was disgusted by the cleanliness, but I figured the employees were overwhelmed with the reopen. Went back two weeks later and it was just as bad, if not worse. I will continue to drive out of my way to go to the Thompson Lane location.

I've worked at three different locations these past couple of years during the renovations, Nippers Corner, 100 Oaks and Nashboro. I have to relocate to Murfreesboro now but before I do I wanna give shouts out to all three General Managers; Mikey, Kion..and Laura. They've all had a lot on their plates trying to find quality employees but they never flinched. They're the kind of leaders this company aspires to keep, solid individuals with a work ethic any corporation would be proud to have.Sometimes it gets so busy that things might get missed, it all depends on your staff, but I'm humbled to have worked alongside every one of you.Attitude refects leadership..you guys are killing it.

3 people working, me and one other customer here. All 3 employees are super bothered that we are here. Other customers says she thinks one employee is going through something, but all 3 are just seething to have customers, asking us to repeat orders multiple times. Angry for no reason

Best quality chain sandwich shop in my humble opinion. Plus they're active in donations to charity.

Ordered from Jersey Mike's for many years. Always great subs and service. The last 3 months our orders have been not so satisfying. Customer Appreciation month. Our order was two giant # 10 Tuna. The person that made the subs obviously never made one before. The tuna was spread on the bun like you would spread mayo. Yes that thin three tomato slices just a hint of lettuce. It was an on a online order. Two dollar tip added to the order. My son picked up the order and said the bag felt really light and continued to drove home. I was totally shocked when we opened our subs. I couldn't believe my eyes. Called the location phone just rang no answer. It was a pretty warm day out my son didn't want to drive back he was hungry. I looked at the receipt to see if there was a survey to fill out but none. We ordered giant #10 Tuna subs again today. Total came to $34.23 with a two dollar tip. I'm not aware of a tuna shortage. This time there was a little more tuna. Not alot of lettuce or tomato. No Mike's way pepper. I guess we won't online order anymore. Just not a sub above when it comes to Tuna.

Decided to come and get a few sandwiches for tomorrow’s lunch and when I pulled up, I noticed someone sitting at one of the tables, but the open light was off. If you all close at 9, why are the lights off before 8:30pm? I watched him get up and go behind the counter. When I saw he’d gotten up, I called to verify the hours of operation, but the employee on the inside didn’t answer the phone. This is ridiculous!

Excellent service, Italian subs #13 and the the big kahuna , Tuna subs, and pastrami all made Mike's way excellent,

Just another restuarant that has colluded with my delivery service to disrespect me for absolutley no reason. It looks sooo so soooo bad when you hate on people you've never had a conversation with. I hate to leave such a negative review because I ♥️♥️♥️♥️ Jersey Mike's sandwich, but my silence would be rewarding their garbage behavior.
