Awful, told us to wait until after they cooked the meat for hot sub to tell them what we wanted on it, then proceeded to make sandwich without asking and refused to make a new one without paying for two sandwiches.
The level of disrespect that occured while I was ordering lunch was appaling. I almost NEVER take the time to leave a review or even follow up on bad experiences, however today took the cake. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO that store again. but I will let the world know about the service.
Usually some very good subs and a good value. Once an awhile, I get a bad one, not too bad but it seems that has been at times when staffing has been low.
They'll push 10 online orders while the line backs up out of the building also the ceiling is mold from water leaks
Came in around 5:30 for dinner on a really low traffic day, ordered a philly cheesesteak. Good quality, soda machine has a good mix ratio, and the two people working at the time were friendly. Music channel on the radio was good stuff too. Great place to just sit and eat a sandwich.
Disgusting, this location is so incredibly dirty I truly felt it was a health concern. Both bathrooms were filthy with no toilet paper or soap. The eating areas were disgusting with trash everywhere. The staff here decided to blast explicit music very loud and not have the ac on. I addressed some of the concerns with the staff and they blew me off. I will never come to this location again.
Making sandwiches is easy, but making them this good is a totally different story. The meats were sliced fresh to order, and the sandwich was ready before I reached the end of the counter. The food was outstanding, and the service was even better. The original Italian one day, the big kahuna the next. Mike's way for life.
Use to be a great place. Came 9/8/21 at 4:06 pm just standing here while no one makes my sandwich. We order weekly twice a week and never have a problem until today. Probably will not return to this Jersey mike EVER! They use to have great service but the ladies on this evening crew are rude and unwelcoming. 10 min later im still the only customer here and anyone has yet to start making my food. The staff has changed and so has the service. This is extremely sad.
I don't eat here often but it when I do it feels a step above subway. Feels like I'm eating something decently healthy atleast.
Horrible service. I went in to pickup a delivery at 11:13. It wasn't supposed to be ready until 11:30, so I waited next to the designated delivery zone. At 11:40, I still hadn't had the order come to the table, but other orders had, so I asked if they knew how long it would be. As the worker went to the counter I saw her hold up a receipt and then ask another worker on the line if that order had been made. This person was adamant the food had already gone out. Then she realized she had probably put the wrong name on another sandwich, but refused to put the order ahead of anything else. I didn't receive the order until 11:55, over 40 minutes after I'd marked myself as arrived. The order was a regular sub and a bag of chips.By the time my entire delivery was completed it had been almost an entire hour, and that was wasted SOLELY because of this restaurant. This isn't the only time I've had to wait a long time at this exact location. There were 6 people working behind the counter the entire time, and that's absolutely ridiculous to not have these orders going out. I will not be coming back to make any deliveries for this location.
