We got subs at the Rosa Parks location and sat down at 7:40. They told us they were closing and made us leave when the posted closing time is 8pm. Never have liked this location. White Bridge is the best.
The service here was terrible,cashier was so rude, talking on the phone and giving the wrong change and when I tried to ask the manager about whom was fixing my party and mines order the cashier was getting smart with me and the manager didn’t even try to make step aside, her reply was she is a child. The cashier was taking money and using the same gloves to fix other customers food with the same nasty gloves!!!! The tables was dirty and looked as if they wasn’t clean all day.Hell I know a lot of business need help but this cashier needs to be disciplined for her actions. And if the young lady that was in charger can’t run this store then she needs to be put where she can be useful.Something should be done with this store !!!!
I love J mikes. I eat it at least three times a week. This is the nastiest, crappiest Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been in. The employees are rude and nasty. The food sucked. I didn’t know J mikes could sucks be this locations is horrible.
The food was fine but the service was horrible. I stood at the counter long enough for two other parties to line up behind me and we were all ignored by the man sweeping. I could see a girl sitting in the back. When the man FINALLY noticed us he motioned for her to come up front. There was no urgency or apology. As I was finishing my food a black man came in and was treated just as badly to the point that there was a heated verbal exchange and he left without ordering. A customer at the counter should never have to yell and bang on the door just to be acknowledged. There should always be someone to greet & wait on customers if the doors are open. I won't be back.
Edited my 5 star review from a year ago. This place is super unprofessional, no one seems to care and just awful service all the way around. They were out of onions which ok that's understandable it's a weekend but give some heads up?Also got looked at for a few minutes before they even acknowledged I was going to order. Super rude. The girls working were more into talking to each other than actually getting work done. Hard to hear with the music they have playing, too.One of the girls prepping my sandwich actually stepped away to check her phone while making my sandwiches.Seriously go anywhere else for subs, this place isn't worth it anymore. It's one thing to be treated a certain way if you're rude to retail/fast food workers, I get it. I worked a customer service job for years and I'd get written up if I did stuff like that. Just really disappointed at how bad it is.
Do not order from this store. I ordered online. The store staff closed the store, I never received my sandwich or refund....when you talk to cooperate, they say refunds are handled by each store.DO NOT RISK LOOSING YOUR MONEY!
My wife's wanted it so I picked up her order.
Attitude from the staff was awful. Still managed to give me and my friend the wrong sandwiches. Not going back. Most staff was on the phone the whole interaction.
Sub in a tub is great eating!
Was craving a sandwich (simple #7) and got to Jersey mikes 30 minutes before close. The workers were in there but the door was locked. The restaurant either need to stay open for the appropriate amount of time or they need to change the advertised time on the website.
