I had to give it a star order for me to post, don't go there the workers are so so slow we where the for 20 min this lady in front of us was there longer we left. You guys need new workers

1st time having the Philly Beef Cheese Sandwich.. very good..would have liked more peppers & onions.
I placed an order over the phone for a lunch meeting and stated I need to have them ready at 11:15 am for pickup. I showed up and they didn’t place the order because the card didn’t go through. My advice is to call the customer back and ask for the correct card number, instead of waiting until the customer shows up at the store an hour later. You need to improve your workflow and process flow. When I was there, there were other people there waiting for the wrong orders.
Placed a pickup order online and it wasn’t ready even though there were 3 employees and only one customer eating at a table. Used the restroom while waiting for my food and when I came out they were making a sandwich for a customer that came in while I was in the restroom then they finally made mine.
Loved this place. Friendly people, great service, great food.
Stopped by Oct 26th 2021 for dine in but dining room under construction. Will try again in future. Did not see any notice that this was case when checking maps.
The music in this restaurant was horrible. The food was good but the eat in experience was impacted by lousy music
Poor food preparation hygiene: preparer wore neither hangover more mouth and face mask and kept talking non-stop!Not a thought about spewing saliva on the sub!When asked about the mask policy she bristled. Not a thought about politeness to customer.
Premium sandwiches. Def worth the money.
