Boutique ice cream parlor with a unique variety of ice cream. Very creamy and delicious. The waffles are fresh and perfectly crispy. Street parking is available along 12th Street. Limited seating available inside and outside. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Such a cute ice cream spot and such fun flavours. We visited 12 south on a super hot day, and came in while we waited for our lunch reso and it definitely was worth it! I tried the frosé flavour and it was so good. Highly recommend!
Fantastic ice cream. Really fresh with unique flavors. Kids and adults love Jenni’s. Room to sit and enjoy or 12 South is a really nice place to nibble and walk around. Always friendly staff.
The gooey butter cake was amazing. We tried a salted carmel and a cookie dough as well. They were all amazing. We'll be ordering some online because it was so good.
There is premium ice cream and then there is Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, premium at its finest. This was my first time there, as we do not have one in Memphis. I have been following them on their website, so I knew they had unique flavors. I had to sample several flavors and they were all awesome. I sampled one called Everything Bagel. And it tasted just like an Everything Bagel with cream cheese. Every flavor tasted just like the name they were called. The ice cream was so rich and creamy and smooth. The experience was definitely unique and wonderful.
You can never I mean never go wrong with Jenis. Be it a warm day, cold afternoon, sunny morning, sad gloomy evening you just need Jenis to cheer you up! The flavors are effortlessly delicious and the service is always on point and so sweet and smiling!I tried the biscuit peach and chocolate flavor. The chocolate flavor was diary free, chocolaty gooey with fudge bites and on point dark flavors. The biscuit and peach had delicious nibbles of biscuit enveloping the peachy flavor coating your taste buds.Don’t get over whelmed by the long lines. They are popular for a reason - but their service is fast and efficient. Tasting is back after COVID so I am forever grateful for that. I do like trying our new flavors!

I think Jeni's is the best ice cream shop in Nashville. They have several locations and the on on 12th is where we tend to go. It's a nice area to get an ice cream cone and relax. I wish they would go back to letting you sample some of their ice cream though. It's nice to try the new flavors before you have to buy them, and may not like them.
