Really good, creamy ice cream. They have a bunch of flavors, including some dairy-free ones. A little pricey, as it's $6 for a small size, but still good.
The ice cream was delicious, but over priced! $19 for 3 ice cream cones (not waffle cones) is a bit much for us. Service was good.
Great selection of flavors and definitely very hard to choose which ones to have .. our family recommends honey vanilla bean, wild berry lavender, cold brew with coffee and cream, sweet cream biscuit with peach jam and coffee with milk and sugar .. good luck picking yours!
Jeni’s never disappoints!This is my go-to special treat! There are several dairy-free options that even dairy consumers enjoy! I hear you cannot tell the difference.The staff here was friendly, made recommendations when people asked, and were accurate and thorough in fulfilling orders. I asked for no waffle cone and that my flavors wouldn’t mix too much and they accommodated my request with kindness!

Really great ice cream! But when you get more than about three people in the space, it's so loud you can't hear a thing. Great atmosphere.
What a flavor explosion! I was warned before I went in here but it did not prepare me for the array of options or the flavors! I ended up with upside down pineapple cake and the brown butter almond brittle ice cream in a waffle cone. Just amazing! I was a little bummed we couldn’t try different ones (dang you Covid!) but I was very happy with my selection! Don’t miss this place if you’re in Nashville!

All Jenni's are great. Staff at this one was SLAMMED, but stayed cool and worked through the never ending crowd with grace.
