Tldr; Go somewhere else. Bad service, not a clean location, incompetence is evident.We arrived at 7:40 PM, 1 hour and 20 minutes until closing time. We ordered 4 sandwiches. When asked, the staff did not know what a corn chip was despite having a large pile of them behind them. The three hot sandwiches were lukewarm at best. To the point none of our cheeses melted at all. The one cold sandwich (a chicken salad ceasar wrap) was hot with lettuce that was withering from the heat. The manager was walking around talking with the employees while almost every table had some type of debris leftover from previous customers. The floor seemed to have not been swept since lunch sometime yesterday. The person that brought out our food did so without gloves. Not usually a big deal but was directly holding silverware and bumped into my sandwich in the process. Then we come to the ice cream station. We refused to touch the machine. Congealed chocolate soft serve runs down the front and along the bottom straight into the dispenser area for each of the flavors. There was a pile of what should have been melted icecream sitting in the trough below. The shear amount of sugar feeding bacteria, mold, and whatever else living there is a thriving society.
First time eating here we enjoyed it and will be back! The salad bar was amazing my bf is picky and he loved it!!! Food is enough for two meals. It is a little pricey but worth it & we will be returning!! 10/10 ⭐️
Salad bar is outstanding! Super fresh, a huge variety of choices, and delicious. Donna, at the west end Abe location. was maintaining the salad bar and the area around it. She was on top of her game! Cleared plates immediately, was consistently wiping down the salad bar area, and was super pleasant. This was all during the lunch rush. Will definitely be back!
Food was okay, nothing special, and overpriced for what you get. A generic turkey sandwich with tomato, onion, cheese, cucumber, lettuce and avocado with a cup of French onion soup and ruffles potato chips was $17. The soup was the best part. I wouldn’t likely go here again.
Ordered 14 box lunches for delivery. Arrived early which was fine and every thing was great but the boxes were missing condiments and most boxes did not have the chips that were suppose to be in the box. Disappointing!
Get the Manager's special, half of a Reuben sandwich and a cup of French Onion soup. With free ice cream cone for dessert you'll need a nap after lunch.

Love the salad bar and the muffaletta. Enough said. I got this one fairly often. The corned beef NY sandwich (I forget the actual name) is quite good also! And the soft serve chocolate ice cream makes the whole experience seem like a bargain to me.
There was some awesome staff members and some really rude staff members. It was bizarre. I had a little bit of an upset tummy the next day so possibly food contamination But I love Jason deli. I'll definitely be back
Love the sanwhiches...reuben was awesome...grand daughter had mac and cheese it was a little runny...but grand son loved his pizza. Both really liked the soft serve ice cream
