Great place but was asked to leave even though we had a full dinner apetizer dessert and ordered 2 drinks each. We spent all that money and couldnt stay there to enjoy the music. Why offer entertainment and people cant stay. Soooo rude. Not right.
The only thing better than our delicious meals was being seated right near the stage with an amazing band. The band could crush essentially any song request.
Our family of six was sat immediately at a table next to the stage. The performers had great voices and were so sweet. The drinks were good, the service was awesome, and the food was delicious!!
Jason Aldean's restaurant provided wonderful entertainment and delicious food. There were 6 in our group and everyone had a different dish. They all were amazing.
Avoid this bar, if at all possible. Had my wallet and phone lifted from my purse. According to the Nashville Police Department this is the worst bar in town due to the high volume of pickpocket activities. The NPD told me that the pickpockets work in shifts and are extremely skilled.
This is an excellent restaurant if you want to watch live music while you eat. Southern/ Nashville fare. Hot chicken sandwich, prime rib sandwich, waffles and chicken, steaks and a couple more items. Tonight we were there there were three fish selections and a grilled chicken sandwich. We didn’t have any of the starters so I couldn’t comment on those. Everything on the menu was very reasonable Py priced. The two steaks ( A prime rib steak- seared and a ribeye steak) were a little pricey. I had the prime rib steak which comes on a bed of mashed potatoes and has two shrimp on top. It came with asparagus which was cooked just right. The steak was slightly over cooked but better than average. Others at my table had the waffles and chicken which is probably the best dish there. Table seating is around a stage with live country music. This is not a good place to go if you want to have a quiet conversation but if you like the country music vibe it is excellent. The server was attentive and Johnny on the spot. Couldn’t ask for a better waiter. They don’t take reservations but you can put your name on a list and go up and enjoy the rooftop bar which also has live music (but of course this is Nashville). I would recommend going early 5 - 6 for dinner and the weight is not too long. We had a table of eight and were seated after about 45 minutes. I gave us time to check out the rooftop bar and the mid level store which sells souvenirs and such.
I’m from C-Bus ( Columbus, OH.) I came here to celebrate my Birthday on July 22, 2022. We waited for nearly 1.5 hours for a table. Great bar, good food, our server was exceptional. Unfortunately they have an 90 min limit at each table. Ok that’s fine, but we were a table of 7, the hostess or someone comes and tells us we have 5 min to vacate our table. We didn’t have dessert we didn’t even have our check????? So I went and ask for a manager, two amicable young men come to speak to me. I explain that we haven’t had dessert, we haven’t seen a check, we are drinking heavily and I alone (out of 7) have tipped the band more than $50. I politely ask for them to extend our stay 30 min so we can have dessert. He explains the policy and why they need the table, he lets me know that he will talk to my server and “see what’s going on” but he NEVER comes back to the table to speak with me again he just left me hanging. The hostess comes back to our table and again and recites the same “ you have 5 min to vacate the table”. We still didn’t have our checks!!! Seriously, now I’m just plain angry. The manager never came back to speak with us and once we were given our check and vacated the table, they PUSHED THE TABLE UP AGAINST THE BACK WALL, Yeah, that was a big FU but who did it hurt? Not us? No one sat there. I promise you, I attempted to be kind and considerate in resolving the issue. Managment was on a power trip, grow up. Good managers make the best decisions for the company, they don’t ride power trips and screw their customers and servers. Needless to say, for the sake of principle, we will never come here again. To bad the staff feels like they can’t bend with the needs of the patrons, BTW I was a FOH restaurant manager for many years with Champs Americana, Columbus OH and I know the business. I know customers and reviews are important. This might be the first negative review I have ever written about a restaurant, which says a lot. Sorry Jason, but this should be addressed.
My friends & I went out to celebrate our birthdays & we were looking for a mechanical bull on Broadway. When arriving to Jason Alden’s Bar we asked the security man if there was one & he looked me up and down and said “No but I know something else you can ride” I very uncomfortable laughed and walked away. Later in the night the same creepy security guard was on the rooftop and made comments about how are dancing was hot , he kept circling my friends and I along with other women. The same security guard then grabbed my friends waist. Just very unprofessional and creepy. By the way so y’all know to stay away , he has dark hair , mullet , mustache , nose piercing . Other then that tho I really enjoyed the bar & the other security guards were super nice!
Visited here today and had food. The food was amazing , we had the Mac and cheese with chicken absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was brilliant and the staff helpful and friendly. The live singers were fab too .
We booked a family trip to Nashville in June. Due to sheer ignorance we booked the trip during CMA 2022. Everything was so busy! Super fun. We aimlessly walked along the seething hordes on Broadway until we got hungry. Jason Aldean's establishment looked good, so we walked in. Since we had no handguns (or long guns, or flamethrowers) on our persons, we were allowed in. We enjoyed our somewhat watery (but still tasty) margaritas, and waited for our table. We were eventually seated 6 inches away (no joke) from the huge subwoofer by the stage. My leg is still vibrating! But the music was engaging, as were the young women who were ensconced in every balcony, singing along and cheering whenever possible. Service was fast and friendly. The food was warm and provided the calories we needed. Chicken & waffles? Shrimp tacos? Bison sliders? Hot chicken sandwich? Check, check, check, check. We didn't leave hungry. My only real regret is that our son is old enough to be drafted in the US (or buy a gun), but apparently not old enough to drink alcohol, so we couldn't get into the rooftop bar where there was even better music available. I won't return to this restaurant but it was 100% worth our time for a one time visit.
