Don’t do DoorDash if you can’t keep up with the demand. Don’t waste 20 minutes of the Dasher’s time and send him away with a canceled order citing “staff shortages”. I am embarrassed on behalf of you.Response: what details? Go check DoorDash orders from yesterday 5/31 under my name and see how the dasher waited for 20 minutes only to be turned away. Stop the generic responses and look into the issue if you want to improve.
Came to this location at 6:15 pm on 1/22/22, knowing I only had 45 minutes to order. The open sign was off but the lights were on inside and the door was unlocked. I nicely opened the door, and before walking in I asked “are you guys still open?” The worker came from the back, rolled her eyes, huffed and stated “I guess”. I said “you can say no, it’s okay”. She huffed again and asked for my order. I ordered, she slammed the ingredients around while making the juice. Slammed the blender shut and set my juice down hard on the counter once it was made. I said thank you so much, she said nothing. Another guest walked in behind me and was treated in the exact same manner. The worker advised the customer that she was unable to process a payment without contacting her manager for support and it would “take a long time” in what seemed like an attempt to just get her to leave. We left we a good smoothie but the service was very poor. This was my first time at a Jamba Juice in general and I hope this isn’t how all staff are trained to treat customers.
never take away the pumpkin smash smoothie, best thing on the menu besides the matcha yummm
The flavor wasn't there. It tasted watered down.
Placed a pickup order on 9/4- apparently just before they closed even though the hours posted here say 10. when I got there, at 8:55, the door was locked and an employee was standing outside. she & her friends laughed at me as they watched me try to open the locked door. she then proceeded to tell me that “she” is in the back and my drinks are being refrigerated… no info on when I’ll actually get them. then she proceeded to finish her convo with her friends. I had waited 5 minutes before I just ended up leaving and reporting the experience to Uber and now here. I actually work at one in Marina Del Rey, CA and was just here visiting for the weekend. I was excited to try Jamba in another state, but I guess not. terrible experience, 0/10 would not recommend. It’s literally in one of our Mottos (“BOOST”), to be fast and friendly and idk about how fast they are, but friendly? they are certainly not lol. Jamba’s are typically a fun, energetic place to work/be, so maybe this is just a one off experience, though a review from 4 months ago mentioning a rude employee suggests otherwise. On the bright side, Uber Eats refunded me :)
Great smoothies and great customer service.
Nice place. Looks new. The smoothies are to sweet only because I'm doing keto. If not for that I'd go nuts in there...lmao
A bit pricey but still taste great.
Everytime I visit.... They always give good suggestions. Love the suggestion and love every drink
DELICIOUS and FRESH so good I ate everything before thinking about taking a picture. I had a bowl, some to go snacks and tried some smoothies. Mango smoothies from here are amazing. I recommend when traveling through Nashville.
