every time I try to eat here they are never open and half the of the time all the workers are hanging out smoking outside saying "we don't open for 3 hours" like the hours say 9am to whatever why at 12 or any other time. I try to eat here they are closed. I've also gone here and the 1 time they were open they had the package of hamburgers OPEN ON THE FLOOR and I got FOOD POISINING THAT DAY. so I no longer trust the burgers just mini tacos but I can never get any because you are always CLOSED
First of all there was no one in line, so they were very slow. Then the woman who took my order and gave me my food was very unfriendly, and then my food was horrible! All I wanted was tacos, and all the meat was shoved to one side, hardly any lettuce, and they were cracked all over, like they were crunched. When I turned around to go back to the drive-thru the woman told me I was a liar that they come like that because they are fried. I pointed out that all the meat is shoved to one side and I have seen employees make them before, they're not supposed to come cracked and they're supposed to have a little bit of lettuce in them. She told me I didn't know what I was talking about and then turned the mic off and wouldn't come to the window. I just feel like it was a waste of money and I'm not going to be going to that Jack in the Box anymore, I've heard that place was going south and apparently the rumors are true. I just want my money back but I'm not going to get it. When I contacted the corporate office they said that it's a franchise and it's up to the owner to contact me or do anything about it. So the owner is useless and running the place into the ground, don't go there.
If i could give 0 stars i would, where do i begin.. staff was very rude, unprofessional, service was extremely slow considering i was the only car in the drive through. Waited 16 mins on a basic meal just to receive an entire f*cked up order. Refunded and shall never return to this place again.This is not my first bad experience here and thats why im choosing to leave this review. Whole establishment needs nee staff and management if you ask me. Save your time and money and just avoid ?
We love Jack, although the closest are 3 hours away. When ever we are in Nashville, we hit Jack in the Box for a load of Jack tacos. This past weekend we picked up 30, brought some home for my wife's mom and dad.Jack tacos, still a great buy, love them or not, as you can see, we're on the love side. We enjoy the flavor, crunchy crispness of the deep fried shell, with just enough sauce. They microwave well too, so they don't go to waste.John
Went yesterday afternoon. The little guy at drive thru was rude he entire time. When ordering, he had a horrible attitude. When we got to window, I saw him open my popcorn chicken and touch them, closed the box. After he gave me my order, he slammed the window and locked it. I knocked on the window to ask for a fork. He opened and said “we ain’t got no forks” and slammed the window, locked it and walked away. Horrible service. I would love for the corporate office to please call me.
little girl working nights 5/28I came thru late night. You could tell in his voice he was aggravated. Had no type of customer service skills.And wasn’t helping the cook or anything. Just standing around watching….When he handed me my drinks and food he shoved em to me. I wanted to get out the car and handle business but my girls were hungry and had to let my pride to the side.Need to fire him. Before he gets hurt. Management obviously doesn’t care who they hire, lay off the nba young boy kid. You got a long life and if Being a cashier is bad. Wait til you get real problems.

This was my first experience with Jack in the Box, and I was blown away by the freshness and taste of the chicken sandwich, with crisp lettuce and a perfectly toasted bun. The fries were fresh out of the fryer. The staff were sweet characters that were having fun and getting it done. Most definitely going to be my fast food stop when I head through Nashville.
Very nice for late night. The gentleman that works late here is very nice and works hard. Food is good.
If you're in Hermitage, just forget it. Twice I has to just drive away. Won't waste my time here a third time.
