I gave this place 2 stars because the food was pretty good. The store is in repulsive condition. The floors you could literally stick to. The tables were sticky and greasy. Anything you touched in this place was filth. A boy cleaned the tables all with the same wet wipe while we were there. The windows appeared to have never been washed. Ever and the ceiling looked like it could cave in from water damage. They had a leak from the ceiling by the front (even though it had not rained so not sure where the water was coming from)The food was hot and good. My kid didn’t get a toy with her kids meal but I didn’t even bother. The woman that appeared to be the manager looked like she was really trying to manage things but that store is disgusting ! The wall paper was literally coming off the wall from mold. It needs an overhaul. Again the food was good and hot but I try not to think about what the kitchen looks like that my food was prepared in
We pulled it 9pm on Friday to the drive thru and all the lights were on, cars in the parking lot, google and door said they closed at 10. Sat there for a moment deciding what we want and then abruptly someone came over the speaker and said WE’RE CLOSED. Very bizarre. Judging by the previous reviews they did us a favor. We went a few minutes down the road and got Zaxby’s instead and they were happy to have our $$$.
Updating from 2 stars to 1 star: After not going to Jack in the Box for more than a year, we thought we would give it another try. We intially stopped going because even though it was open, a couple of times that we went through the drive through, the workers were there but they said they were closed. One time they just started laughing. They sounded so high. My bf just came from there today, 05/29/2022. We got an ultimate cheeseburger and for some reason the bottom of the burger was super soggy, I had to spit it out because it was gooey. I asked him to order a shake but they responded that their shake machine is not working. The fries were old. Jack in the box use to be such a great fast food joint. I really miss it. It's really unfortunate that we keep getting reminded as to why we stopped going here.
The mystery here is egg rolls lol I'm addicted and I know they're not rolling them in the back... so give me the secret and tell me where they come from ?
The tacos were understaffed and overcooked. The service was amazing though!
Each time I’ve been to this location it’s closed, and I’m getting there around 5pm each time. I don’t know if it’s because of staff shortage but I see employees dressed in the parking lot smoking in their cars while the lights inside are off? Ridiculous.

They close at 4pm. Update your hours.I found this out because yesterday I placed an order on the app at 6:30pm and when I showed up there was a sign on the drive thru that said they were “closed for the day.” And they somehow still took the money out of my account. I showed up today to ask for the refund or the food and told me I had to call corporate. I asked them for the number and they laughed at me. I just wanted my food or the refund. They basically just told me to leave. Never again.I’ve already contacted corporate and have yet to hear back. I just want my money back.
