Decent fast food. Employees were nice. Unfortunately either because of COVID or short-staffed or area crime, only the drive thru is open.But overall it was decent value for my money.
Not a great experience.We ordered a combo and asked for onion rings instead of fries. When we were handed the receipt, we noticed the fries were in there, not the onion rings. We questioned it and the worker said we did not order them and that we'd need to go back through the drive thru if we wanted them.Once we did that, we received our bag of food and saw that our mini tacos were missing. We had to go back through the drive thru a 3rd time to get those.Disappointing.
I went to get lunch, had other experiences that were not so good but the last couple of times they have been great. It seems like they are under new management and are trying to get staffing( which I know is hard now days) they were very friendly. I just wanted them to get recognized
I roll through there regularly on my way to work. Can't drink my coffee too hot and Tiffany always remembers me when I ask for an ice cube in my coffee. She is always so friendly greeting me. Loaded breakfast sandwich is awesome! Fresh, hot and well put together. Great job team!! Thank you!!
I decided to go here because I was very hungry and just needed something quick. I went through the drive through and the woman was joking around with her coworkers and ignored me. After a few minutes listening to her chat with the coworkers she finally acknowledged me. While she was friendly, the food I received was horrendous. The coke was warm, with no ice, and flat. The curly fries tasted very old and like they were fried in old oil. They tasted terrible. The burger meat was cold and the cheese wasn’t melted at all. I think the workers throw stuff together and let it sit around. I threw away the food because it wasn’t edible. Kinda disappointed because Jack in the box used to be good.
Drive thru moved VERY slow, took forever even though there were only 3 cars in front of me….The icing on the cake? This is what I discovered in the bag after asking for ketchup (keep in mind I ordered a large sourdough combo). Cute huh (quarter for size reference). Its so tinyyyyy. ?? Sad. Won’t be back.?
Bad costumer service ! Cold food long wait
Order through app. They got order wrong twice. Still didn’t get the right order. Brought the last order out without a drink when I asked about it the just said I had to got around to the drive thru. I had already waited 15 minutes the first go around and the line for the drive thru was in the road. When I told the employee about it they just looked at me and went inside. Badly ran store.
I’m pretty sure this Jack In the Box was shut down for awhile, but when it opened back up i ordered a number 6. Everything other then the burger was in great shape but my bun was cold. And i had waited atleats 15 minutes. Which is unacceptable. Then today (01/16/22) i ordered a number 6 combo again. Everything was fine except the burger AGAIN. Only this time my burger had no wrapping on it. Which is concerning because i do not know if the workers handled my food with their hands or other utensils.
First and last time I have been to a Jack in the Box. #1 burger literally tasted like cardboard. Was not impressed, rather disappointed. ?
