We are from out of town and Jack in the Box isn't where we live anymore, but it is something we had as kids and we were very excited to find one. Last night we stopped by and they just had a sign saying only mobile orders. We decided to stop by tonight and try again. The same thing happened, but this time it was a worker who told us. They did not seem very friendly or interested in us. We decided to order through doordash and pick it up since that was the only way we could do it. It took over 40 minutes for doordash to tell us the food may be ready for pickup, since the inside was closed we had to go through the drive through. The system must have started to work because there was a line and they were not getting turned away. We waited in line and got up to the speaker and no one said anything. After a minute or two we finally said hello and the worker answered in a very harsh tone that we could order. We then explained we had a mobile order. They said to pull forward so we did. We got to the window and they start to hand us someone else's drink. We explained we were the mobile order and they quickly closed the window and started working on other stuff. It looked like they did not actually prepare our order even though it was ordered over 40 minutes ago. We then waited at the drive through window for about 10 to 15 minutes before getting our food. After we drive away we checked the food and two sandwiches were messed up. One was supposed to have no tomatoes or ranch sauce. It had both. One was a breakfast sandwich with egg and ham but we received a chicken sandwich with ranch and tomato. Although the other food we got was good it was a real damper because the service was not good, people were honking because of how long it was taking, and the food was messed up.I do not know if this place is like this all the time, but I wish our experience was better because we were really missing the childhood nostalgia.
Drove almost 3 hours to Nashville to do a favor for a friend and was excited knowing they had my favorite fast food from my California days. The cook was a smart aleck which upset the lady putting the orders together, that was a disaster...I got my food less some ingredients they were out of & what they did have was put on sparingly. Not the best experience so next visit to Jack in the box will be in NC
Rude as hell thru the drive thru. My food was wrong. Took it inside. They remade it with OUT using gloves. I can see why they were so dead when we passed thru town. I LOVE jack in the box. But this one ? Literally the WORST one I have ever been too.
We have been to this Jack In The Box 3 times and have not been served once! We have been told the systems were down, they were only taking cash, or they were only doing door dash/Uber orders. We waited in line for 20 minutes the most recent time before we go to order to be told ‘only door dash or Uber eats’. We love Jack In The Box but sadly, this location has ruined it for us.
It was the only place open after my flight landed after leaving the airport and I was fearful of what would be served but was pleasantly surprised by the chicken sandwich.... ok to be fair it's a faaaar cry from Chick-fil-A but was better than many others (McDonald's, BK, Wendy's, etc. Im looking at you). Not sure about the rest of the menu but this did in a pinch after a day of flying and not having time to eat on layovers. I didn't even mind that they screwed up my order a tad.
Surprised at how nice and accommodating the staff was compared to the state of the restaurant. Drive through had no signage so we went in. Floor was sticky to the point of a noise with each step. Food was good though!
This store is giving Jack in the box a bad reputation ! !You claim to be open by 6am, but every time i stop by at almost 7 for at least the last 2 years you are unable to make food because you dont have any people. Burger King, McDonald's and Hardee's are all open, so dont give me the excuse that you can't find help. You need better management. If you can't find help, then the manager needs to work that shift. THAT'S HOW STORES WORK.
If you want good food, and experience you have to go in the morning. Delmy works the drive through, always has an amazing attitude. My food hot on point! Morning shift with Delmy there is never any problems. Thank you.
I've been to this location three times and have not been served once. Each time I was told the systems were down. On the most recent trip, a man and a woman walked out from behind the dumpster, adjusting themselves as I was driving around the drive-thru. The place is totally creepy and the staff is completely without care. Based on some of the other negative reviews, it's probably about time the owner cleans house.
The food is ok here. Service is mildly fast & friendly. I do not recommend sitting here after dark and eating ur food though. It is a prime drug dealing spot. There are crackheads all over the place and they sell out of the parking lot. If you sit there long enough you'll see the process. It's entertaining but.. you never know when something bad could happen this is the second time I've been here and it happens every time
