I live nearby so I thought I would give this place a chance. Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed. I got gyoza and hibachi chicken. The gyoza was great. The hibachi chicken was disappointing. While the serving was large, it was all over cooked. The chicken was dry (even though I watched them take it off the grill). The rice was lukewarm. The veggies were a bit mushy. The soup was inedible and the salad was four pieces of lettuce. I only ended up eating the gyoza, half the chicken, and the rice mostly. I made a new salad with the dressing they gave me. While it is affordable and relatively quick, I would recommend it.
The dining room did not look clean. The floor was greasy and slippery. The bathroom was dirty. Huge portion of rice, small portion of vegetables. The shrimp were small, tough and tasteless except for an overly sweet sauce. I think I paid $16+ with just water to drink. Definitely over priced for lunch. Overall... bad experience. Won't be coming back.
We ordered food for pickup. As soon as we arrived the woman at the front started yelling at us not to be inside. She shoved us out the door and pointed at a pickup window with signs plastered all over it saying “Delivery drivers wait here” and “Don’t ask how long your order will take”. We weren’t delivery drivers, how were we suppose to know to wait there?So we stood in the front entrance for 5 min. waiting for someone to acknowledge us, all the while I could see our order sitting at a booth about 5 feet from us, getting cold. She finally comes over and hands us our order with a ticket taped on front. I said thank you and started to turn away (it was already paid for). Then she starts screaming at us again “I need ticket! Ticket! Give it!” So I grabbed the order ticket and handed it to her and she stormed off. Rudest woman I’ve ever met.The hibachi chicken and the sushi was decent. The chicken teriyaki was rubbery and still pink so we had to throw it out. I’d be willing to give the place another shot if it weren’t for the terrible customer service.
Amazing experience. The owners are so kind as well as the rest of the staff. We ordered the hibachi steak and loved it! Cooked perfectly.
Food is just okay! Service is awful. There is one woman that works there who is extremely unprofessional and rude. Which is surprising considering they are so new. Will not be ordering from here again and this is my second time giving them a chance.
Ordered and Picked up food here, the food always good as usual, and it's worth to waited, but saw some delivery drivers lost their patience.
Had a small miscommunication in ordering, but the owner made it right. Great food! We love this place!
The food here was DELICIOUS! Super quick and kind service. The interior of the restaurant is so nice, clean, and modern. I got the calamari and shrimp hibachi and the calamari truly surprised me. Even the soup that came with the hibachi surprised me and left me wanting more. I also had all of the flavors of the mochi ice cream and I loved them! They were perfect. It was amazing and I will definitely be returning soon.
I ordered the hibachi steak, chicken, and shrimp dinner which comes with a soup and salad. I also ordered shrimp tempura rolls and a coke. I never received the coke or the rolls. So I called the restaurant. Whoever answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and hung up in my face.
This was my first time at the restaurant and was happy to take my family to eat and the owner older lady gave me the worse attitude that you should get when your coming to eat with family I would not come to this restaurant ever again no body deserves to get treated this way what so ever. I'm sorry for the waiters that have to put up with this business owner i was also demanded a tip when owner did not even let me give my waiter his tip and than even try to charge me $25 more because she thought I wasn't going to leave a tip. Don't recommend this restaurant unless you want to be treated this way never was friendly with us. Don't understand why it even has 4 stars
