Very nice ambience, bright, spacious, packed with conversing guests. Food options are a bit limited during my visit. But plenty if optuons for coffee and coffee is great!Plenty of tables. There's communal table as well as a lounge area and an outdoor patio and backyard.
This is my favorite coffee shop to visit - Humphreys or Broadway location. Kind staff, wonderful coffee, delicious treats to eat and it supports the community. You can host a meeting there or do a little work or pick up a coffee for the road. Highly recommend!
This place is wonderful. It has an awesome story. The fact it’s run by many people who had a personal life shaping experience in the same building is amazing.The flavored latte I had was so creative and warming to the soul.The vibe was immaculate. Scholarly. Crisp. Magical.The shop sells bath and body products as well as delicious coffee beverages. I can’t wait to go back again.
Lovely coffee shop! Great coffee and matcha - loved their local half cold brew and half iced tea drink! Delicious breakfast croissant sandwich! Def recommend if in the area!
Excellent Worka Sakara pour over. I'd have bought a bag if available. I did get the Shefina which is another fantastic Ethiopian coffee.
I was refused service at this location. Despite every patron in the restaurant not wearing a mask, I was required to wear a mask. In the short coversation that occured at the counter without a mask, a cup of coffee could have been poured and paid for. It was made clear that I did not need to wear a mask to walk into this location. I did not need a mask while inside this location. A mask was only required during the specific action of requesting service and paying for an order. It is sad that the political ideology of Humphreys Street Coffee Shop is more important than providing basic customer service to healthy, well-intentioned members of their community.
The employees here were very nice and the coffee was great. Definitely would recommend trying them out for yourself. Be sure to TIP!
Needed a quick bite and cup of coffee before I started a busy day of being a tourist and this place hit the spot!It wasn't super busy, everyone was friendly, food and coffee were excellent!It just happened to be a little rainy which made for perfect coffee house weather. Highly recommend a quick stop here anytime
I love this coffee shop! The workers are always so friendly and knowledgeable about specialty coffee. The environment is definitely one to come do homework in or one to take a friend for an afternoon catch up. They also sell bags of coffee they roast themselves and soaps also made in their production. This coffee shop has an incredible purpose employing students as a pathway out of/away from poverty and proving job training skills. I love supporting the mission of this nonprofit in Nashville!
Delicious coffee & nice atmosphere with lots of plants. It's inside an old church so high ceilings & the open feel. The staff were nice & had a good variety of drink options. The hot chocolate was handed to us cold, as in chocolate-milk-straight-out-of-the-fridge- cold, but the taste was fine. That is the only reason for not being 5 star. We were on a time crunch & did not send it back. On the street parking which might be an issue during peak hours.
