My best friend and I stopped by Hooters for a birthday lunch and had a great time! We were seated immediately, the food was fresh and delicious (and didn’t take long), we weren’t rushed and all of the waitresses were so friendly! A couple of them went out of their way to come to our table and compliment our makeup, perfume, etc - they were so lovely and genuinely nice! The gift store also had some fun souvenirs. We will be back!
It's about as good as it gets for this day in age. The restaurants we know and love from 10+ years ago just don't exist anymore, and that always has to be taken into consideration.Upkeep and cost certainly shows in the quality/quantity that you get now like everywhere else. It's not "as good" as it used to be, but it's still good enough to come back.Service could have been faster, but the service we got was pleasant. Kept our glasses full through out the meal. However we had to wait a little longer than we like for the check. But still wasn't a bad experience.All in all, average experience. Nothing to keep us coming and nothing to stop us from coming back.
The waitress was friendly, but we placed 2 seperate to go orders, and after 45-50 minutes+(!!), the orders arrived in one bag. I asked our waitress to bag the orders separately (as we planned to drop one order off at my elderly mothers home for her now very late dinner). Ok, it took awhile, but we were ready to go (and I might add left a huge tip). We dropped the order off to my mother in Hermitage, then drove to Hendersonville to enjoy our now super late dinner as well. Much to my dismay, we had one order of wings, and BOTH orders of shrimp in our bag! Which means my poor mother only had 6 little wings in her bag. Granted her bag was lighter, we ordered bigger portions, so expected ours to be heavier. Didn't think about any confusion since the orders were seperate. The bags were both stapled- I guess that happens to preserve the integrity of the food for delivery people(?) At any rate, I was livid because my poor mother not only had gone to sleep waiting on her food, but didn't even get her complete order.Y'all have to do better than this. There is no excuse!

Worst Hooters I’ve ever been to. Waitress was terrible, didn’t enter app, didn’t bring correct food, beer was flat and was joking with other waitresses the whole time in the back. Spoke with management and he gave the vibe of he does not really care. Overall trash.
I say that ally was one of the nicest hooter girls ive ever meet the cheese burger was the best juiciest burger ive had for along time i give my experience there a five star keep it up to ally and to all the hooters staff thanks for a awesome time from stevo
This was our second visit to Hooters in the past 30 days. First time, the service was very slow. We spent a total of 2.5 hours in the restaurant. Server barely came by as she was sitting at the hostess table on her phone. On the plus side, once we got our food it was good.We went again tonight waited 15 min at our table while 3, yes 3, waitresses sat at the hostess table on their phones and talking to one another. We finally just left.We tip 20% or more when we eat out as I have been a server for 15 years and I am usually very understanding. But, being completely ignored while multiple employees are ontheir phone is unacceptable.We love your wings! Please do better.
The fish tacos did not have no taste to them. They were disgusting! I went to the Hooters in Goodlettsville/Madison yesterday and the fish tacos were soooo good, which is why I came back today but unfortunately a different location.
Very good cold beer large wings the server think her name was Lane she was wonderful
This was the worst server I have ever had. Jaszlyne took our order, gave us our original drink order, and refilled one drink after my son had to go to the bar to get his refill. She did not bring us our food and we had to ask another server to find her so we could get our check. We had been done for about ten minutes. Once she had been found in the gift shop talking on her phone, she brought out our check. At this point she asked me to hand her our dirty plates. Really???? This restaurant was neither busy nor understaffed. I think this poor girl has another calling in life.
