Their BBQ is out of this world! I promise, you won't go wrong eating here if you love BBA. Their Hot Honey Block appetizer is killer! Get it! I've tried just about everything they have on the menu and haven't had one bad meal yet. We will continue to eat here. Check out our blog!
The nutter butter banana pudding was bomb! Quite sweet. The consistency of melted marshmallow maybe.First time having Corn pudding. Not bad. Tastes like corn and just a bit sweet.The Alabama slammer was deec.Fries were deec.Not sure I’d get them again.If anything, I’d come back for the banana pudding.
Food was unbelievable. Not convenient to downtown Nashville but if you’re in the Belle Meade/Bellevue/Nations make your way here. Phenomenal food, honey fries were amazing, coleslaw perfectly seasoned. And all the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely return!!
If you're visiting Nashville and have a vehicle this place is worth the drive.This isn't your basic old school pit slinger. They're executing traditional methods and elevating them with modern flavor combinations. We ordered the award-winning wings, the southern shine sandwich, and the pulled pork egg rolls. The wings were crispy on the outside, moist and tender on the inside, and smothered in a sweet and salty HoneyFire sauce. The pulled pork sandwich is excellent. The candied bacon and pimento cheese added texture and flavor. The egg rolls were great, but the egg roll wrapper and cabbage mask the pork flavor a little to much for me.HoneyFire puts as much care and thoughtfulness into its sides and toppings as it does the main meats.
Of all the BBQ places in Nashville, this is amongst the best! Pretty much everything on the menu is worth trying. They've also got great dessert options that change monthly.
The bbq here is above average. The burnt ends were really good, a nice smokiness flavor. The sausage was charred real nice. The wings were decent. Turkey was a bit dry. Brisket was okay and the pulled pork was a bit dry. There bbq sauce has a fruity sweet taste to it.
Excellent meal! Generous portions and great taste. Had the 4 meat combo of ribs, sausage, brisket, and pulled pork. Sides of spicy baked beans and cornbread pudding. Thought there might be leftovers but I was wrong. ?
Just wow! This was my first time visiting Nashville and just knew I needed to try BBQ. This place has such delicious and unique options. I’ll definitely be back in the future!!! The staff are lovely and they even have spiked banana pudding! I didn’t try it, but it just sounds LIKE A MUST!!
The brisket sandwich is simple but delicious. We love the baby back egg rolls and the honey to dip them in. Everything is worth trying.
