I wish I can give a 0 star!!! Worst bakery ever, I feel so disappointed by their customer service. I woke up early this morning, drove all the way from Hermitage to this place, to order a cake for my baby's upcoming one year birthday. A friend recommended this bakery to me and told me their cakes are simply the best, so I was so excited. I got here and was told to go back home and order online from their website, that someone will reach out to me through an email, that they can't help me take my order because they are too busy to help me. I was actually the only customer in the store at that time. I have never felt so disrespected in my entire life. They successfully just ruined my day!!!!
The friendly staff, especially Nicole Lugg, worked with us via email to create my mother's birthday cake. We exchanged inspirational photos and baker's ideas. The result was a gorgeous, delicious carrot sheetcake! One guest's comment spoke for everyone: "I don't usually like store-bought cakes, but this is delicious!" Thanks, Ashley for making our ideas a reality!
My cake is everything Always beautiful and taste good..??But they are a little pricey!!Been going for 5 years now love it.
I've used HomeStyle Bakery for almost 40 years and just want to say, "THEY WILL NOT DISAPPOINT". They made my grandson's graduation cake for this past weekend and it was boss. We received so many compliments from others in West Tennessee where we celebrated. Guess they might want to look at opening yet another location (lol). Love these guys and anyone who hasn't, should try them!!!!

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughters birthday. Pricing wasn’t bad at all and the cake came out just like I wanted. The only bad thing I have to say is that the flavor of the cake literally tasted like something I could have gotten from Walmart. I ordered a chocolate cake with vanilla icing. I was hoping the cake would be flavorful and not just look good but sadly it’s didn’t meet my expectations. Customer service was great as well.
I had cupcakes made for my daughter's Sweet 16 birthday I sent them pictures and they were so beautiful, just like the pictures. And they tasted so good ! Several people asked where they were from. Thank you HomeStyle Bakery for helping to make my daughter birthday special !!
Ever since my first bite of a HomeStyle Bakery cake in 2007, it became my favorite cake of all time. And it still is! The cake and the icing are delicious (each on their own, in addition to the perfect ratio of sweet), plus their decorators are all so incredibly talented. Because of that, they’ve been my first choice for occasions that need a bakery item, and when it came time to plan my wedding there was absolutely no doubt in my mind where I wanted our wedding cake to come from.What I wasn’t sure of was what I wanted our wedding cake to look like. I met with Sarah and discussed the planned venue decorations, which coordinated with our invitations, and shared with her how I would like the cake to coordinate. Sarah sketched out a design that was beautiful, unique, and looked like it would flow wonderfully with our theme. On wedding day, when I saw the cake in person, it was perfect. The final product even blew her sketches out of the water and I honestly could not have been any more thrilled with the final design.As expected, our cake was gorgeous AND delicious! We received compliments from many of our guests. Even our day-of coordinator asked me where our cake was from, stating she’s tasted a lot of cakes over the years and it was the best tasting cake she’d ever had.Again, HomeStyle Bakery delivered a gorgeous and delicious cake for our wedding day and was 100% in every way. I have and always will recommend this bakery for any and all of your events - or if you’re just really wanting a piece of cake!

For over 20 years, I have bought Birthday cakes from here. I don't know if it has new owners or what, but now you have to order online, no in-person ordering. Also, they never have cakes available to just pick up anymore. I used to just pick up a quarter sheet cake for people., but they are always sold out. Also, they went up on their prices. I guess I need to find another Bakery. So sad.
