The customer service was horribleThe waiter that was in charge of are table would pick up the plate as soon as we put it down. Another waiter was staring at my 4 year old cousin in what seemed like a look of disgust because she wanted to get her own oranges from the buffet. We asked a question about a dish in the buffet and the lady pretended she couldn’t hear us, she then screamed at us basically telling us we were stupid because we didn’t know the answer to that question. We then found a hair in the food and the rice was good, but stale. The plates were clean but the restroom wasn’t. The only good part was the dessert. Defiantly don’t recommend. (Me and my families opinion.)
This is a great spot to get a quick (or not so quick =) lunch on Nolensville Road in Nashville. There's plenty of parking out front, and there's plenty of seating inside. You pay when you walk in, so you can walk right out when you are done. They have a wide selection of traditional buffet dishes, an OK selection of different sushi rolls, and there's a cook to order hibachi in the back that comes with the price of the buffet. They're busy enough that the food stays fresh, but they're not so busy that you can't get seated right away. It's not the most glamorous experience, but it has a nice atmosphere, and it's good enough that I keep going back! Give it a try, and you won't be disappointed!
Tasty delicious food. Dinner price could be a little less but I guess its not too bad considering the expense in Nashville. Ample space and friendly staff. Had a good experience.
Price is $11.49 for Lunch & $14.79 for Dinner (On Sunday, Dinner is served all day). Been eating here for years. Wide selection, flavorful food, prompt service. I miss the cold mussels they used to have at lunch, though, & the old price of $6.25 or so. Price has gone up several times this year, but everything is high due to the economy, so that may play a part. But, overall, flavorful food & decent price. My Favorites:---Lunch: California Rolls (when they have them..), sauteed shrimp (next to fried rice), sauteed mushrooms, sauteed broccoli, Fried rice, Ice cream---Dinner: Butterfly shrimp & ClamsBest Time to Go & Least Crowded Time:---Right when they open at 11am on any weekday is the least crowded. After 12pm it gets more crowded from the lunch crowd, then dies down. Most times on the weekdays are usually not that crowded.---Weekend evenings are insanely crowded. The last time I went, on a Saturday night at 7pm, we couldn't even find an empty table for a few minutes. But, in the middle of the day on the weekends, it's not as crowded. This is a favorite buffet of mine, dare I say the best Chinese buffet in Nashville. The price is fair & the taste of the food is outstanding.Edited & Updated May 19, 2022
Food was hot n fresh but some things wasn't stocked promptly. Some of the best pepper chicken I've ever ate though. I could've ate it all day. The fried rice was good and soft not over cooked. Selection is very good and staff is on point w refills. Price wasn't terrible for the location. Don't let the outside looks fool you.. the food is good.
We came here a few nights ago while on vacation for our first visit. As a family we love Asian/American buffets. We enjoy them back home quite often. This one however was a let down in every possible way. I tried justifying two stars but just couldn’t. The only thing semi positive about this place is that it offers a ton of options, which is also where the problem lies. When you offer this much variety, your quality usually suffers. This was the case with this place. The price is outrageous. Children cost the same amount as adults. Nearly $20 each. The food quality on the hibachi bar was bland, and the buffet food itself all tasted old without much flavor. By far the worst dining experience we’ve experienced in Nashville.
First time I went I would’ve gave it 6 stars. I’m currently here now and decided to bring my family. It was one of the worse experiences I’ve ever had. I paid $85 and my kids had to eat macaroni and bread, due to the fact that the buffet had nothing on it. I wasn’t satisfied with the selection of food either. I politely asked a manager if they could refill the buffet and they said they would but it didn’t happen.
Solid buffet, solid price best done during weekdays during lunch to avoid crowds and get the lunch special.
I havent been back since covid but this time bad service. I never expected to pay 1st then the server didn't server us correct left the sodas one side and my brother had to give it to all of us.I felt bad due to all the situation this location been. I understand why they charge 1st for many walk out.But we left tip due to the lady afraid never get tip.We are not a bad customer we just like to try different location. But this time i won't be back .
place was crowded, food was delicious. it's expensive thou and when u stay for too long waiters won't take your plates off the table or offer you more drink.? if you have a big stomach and eat fast then it's worth it the 18$ for all you can eat.??
