The food was cold; the server took out one of the orders from the bill. If you want to drink and hang out in the quiter place, this is a good one but for food. I instead go to Mcdonald's or Burger King and get their fresh cheaper hamburger.

Waiter was absolutely horrible. And when one of the orders came out wrong, didnât want to take any responsibility. My drink was empty before the meal arrived but never offered a refill till about 5 minutes after I was done eating.
We had a very good dinner and drink. The server was awesome and kept us refilled on all our needs.
Music was too loud to hear each other talk Thatâs expected from live music places but not restaurants playing recorded music
Vacation birthday dinner
Service was very slow. Our food sat in the window for so long after it was ready that everything was cold by the time we got it. One person in our party did not get their food until everyone was done eating. Really disappointing.
I was mortified!! My family and friends went to the hard rock for my birthday celebration because usually itâs very reliable. I just came back from Dublin and New York having a great experience at the hard rock café. Our food in Nashville was cold, drinks took 30 minutes to come and we were not offered a desert. The place was empty! When speaking with management (Shawn) to let them know about our poor experience. We were told to get the f*+# out! Our waitress was apologetic and sweet but management was unprofessional and offensive.
Food came out the first time completely wrong. Second time the burgers were correct the fries and everything else was cold. Waitress said well they gave you extra fries even though thatâs not what you ordered enjoy!
