Was a nice store to visit as a tourist and it was right beside my hotel. The establishment was bigger than I expected when I went inside, lots of cool stuff to look at including their kitchen area where you can watch them make the goo goos. I bought a box of the original to try out but you can also make your own. Taste wise they are very sweet, and to be honest not worth the high price they sell them for. It is pure sugar and eating a full one in one sitting may be a bad idea. The four star rating is more for the store front and not the product itself.
Stopped here while in Nashville a few weeks ago. We loved it, the boozy caramel pecan milkshake was delicious! The staff was very friendly, and you can even watch them make different deserts.Definitely recommend on a Nashville trip.
If you have a sweet tooth like me, you have to stop here and try something. Everything is delicious. Try it all.
We had the pleasure of joining the “GOOZ and BOOZE” pairing event over the weekend - it was a great event thanks to the knowledge of KC & Mary our candy historians and GOO GOO experts! We were guided through Goo Goo’s past, tried some local liquors paired with tasty truffles, and finally made our very own Goo Goo combination to take with! I would recommend ANY of the separate events that Goo Goo offers, just visit their website. There’s quite a few choices - who doesn’t love chocolate??!
Amazing place and a must isit in Nashville. I was so exhilarated and plased with my visit. Definitely have to make your own goo goo when you go. I will be back and I hope I can order more online since my goo goos never made it home. Amazing! Tell your friend and family to check it out.
We got a handcrafted goo goo which we found was more delicious than the classic. We also got a bon bon which was delicious however slightly pricy. The customer service was very good. Certainly recommend for dessert lovers!
I gave it five stars just cause it brought back so many memories of when I went to the factory as a kid and seen everything getting made. They gave all the kids a box of Goo Goo’s I don’t remember if I ate them all before getting home but I’ll always remember how delicious they are. Thank you for such a great memory
Let me start by saying WOW we don’t have this stuff back home in Florida if you are visiting or live in Nashville you need to go check this place out. It’s like a luxury natural Reese’s cup the ingredients are fresh very sweet. Definitely will be back my next time down in Nashville!!!
