This was an amazing Nashville experience! Definitely recommend if you want something different to do other than the bar scene. The views of the Nashville skyline from the river was beautiful at night with all the lights. The food was decent but dont expect anything great. The show was absolutely better than expected. They were great! Lots of variations of music for everyone. Please remember to take care of your server. They are great and depend on your tip for their service.
Booking was easy. So was embarking. Food was only ok. Show was fun. Views were nice. Lines long at the bar. Servers didn't take drink orders which was weird ... Some tables looked like they were served? Then they stood around expecting tips when they hadn't done anything except refill our water. It was odd.
It’s absolutely ridiculous that y’all couldn’t help us with our reservations. It is my wifes 21st birthday and we bought the tickets yesterday morning because we were in town. We booked it at the wrong place and didn’t realize until when we were on the way. We’ve asked if there is any other way we can get a later time so can make it, and they said there’s no exceptions. I will be making sure to tell everyone I know to not waste your time and not to go there because all they want is your money.
Show was great, service from the waitstaff and bartenders was top-tier. So definitely; go for that! The views of the city were also great!Food was absolutely nothing to write home about, unfortunately. I’m almost 100% sure the green beans were canned, chicken was a bit over cooked and dry. But the wait staff were GREAT. Great attitudes, super fun, and very attentive.Just maybe have a bite before you board, instead!

Amazing experience / music but have dinner somewhere else before you board. The experience on the river was awesome and the entertainment was very good (5 stars) but the food for dinner was very bad (great service at dinner). They also need to find a way to increase the bar service as we waited in line for 20 minutes to order a drink when we first boarded. Overall amazing experience!
We had a great time on the G-Jack, as they call it! ? we did a mid day cruise with the meal. The food was pretty good, it did the trick!First you board, and you can walk around/explore the boat until they call you into the main room where all the dining tables and stage are. They then give you a meal via a few courses: salad, entree, dessert, and then coffee. The meal for the day we went was chicken with Mac and cheese and green beans. Dessert was lemon blueberry cake in a little mason jar.After the meal, they do the show. Ours was a lot of fun! Great talent. Would definitely go again!
The food is absolutely amazing, and don't get me started on the steak. Wonderful views aboard the boat. The show was great, and even pickymusic listeners will, most likely, enjoy it. The only bad things are the smell on the upper decks, which isn't the crews fault, small bathrooms, lack of food options, and that unless you wanna pay there is o ly water served. Except you get to keep the cup if you order a drink. If you have the time and money I would highly recommend.
Manila our waiter for table 30 was was fantastic,friendly and very attentive. Thank you Nabil you were awesome. Ramy our bartender made an awesome margarita. Definitely recommend the General Jackson and will revisit again very soon. Thanks again
