I have fallen in love with this place! Please open more locations in nashville. A little far out but will drive to get a bowl!

Pretty bad customer service! My bowl was mediocre. The lady taking my order was very unpleasant. When I walked in I wasn’t even spoken to. A simple hello I’ll be with you in a moment goes a long way. I waited a couple minutes before she even came up and she just stared at me. Luckily there was a lady in the back that was friendly. She also helped resolve the problem with getting my change back. It sucks because this is the only bowl place close by my job and I could’ve been a regular.

Amazing bowls! We always get kiwi banana strawberry with açaí base, cinnamon granola, honey and Nutella. To. Die. For!

The food is superb, if you say otherwise, try it again or move on.

My experience was terrible. I paid 35 dollars for 4 bowls that took my 20 minutes to get while another employee was just standing around. Even when I was ordering the lady taking my order was not nice whatsoever. There was barely any smoothie in the bowl, and the bowls weren’t full whatsoever. I will never go back and suggest that nobody does unless you want to waste 35 dollars.

Went in on a Sunday around noon and the place was dead however it still took me over 15 minutes to get a slice of toast and a smoothie.

Unfortunately they cut the regular size position almost in half and kept the same price, which isn’t very honest. Everything tastes great but I feel almost cheated on that they would pull something like this. O Wells.

Good smoothies, bad and slow service

Let me 1st say that I've ate here plenty of times and have no complaints about the food. My issue is I drove all the way over here for them to be closed mid-day. Wasted my lunch hour. Online says they are open til 7pm. I arrived around 3pm and they were locking the doors. Please just update your hours online.

Absolutely awful experience. I personally cannot speak for how it tastes, but we drove about 20 minutes to get there (at about 3:15) only for them to have the doors locked and someone mouthing ‘we’re closed’ through the glass. Not only did we waste gas, we wasted 40 minutes driving there and back. I took a day to calm down and called to speak to a manager. The ‘manager’, ALEXIS, was a real piece of work. She was extremely unapologetic, made no effort to right the wrong, and even referred me to their CLOSED location on Ellison place to solve the problem. In short, this is not how you run a business and I’m just grateful the good lord had me call rather than go address the issue in person.
