Room was fine enough. When we asked for service in person the staff was helpful but they ignored the app service and chat requests even after two days. Nice place to stay otherwise and breakfast was better than continental-style which is always good.

I came into town for a short one-night stay. The front desk person was very nice but made a mistake I wouldn’t find until the following day.My room was “ok” - however, they have water stains on the ceiling - which should be repaired. It’s a simple repair if the problem is resolved. Otherwise, the room was clean; the internet was fast (a welcome change).The following day- my scheduled airport shuttle didn’t arrive on time because it was scheduled for the wrong day. However, I planned for problems, and it didn’t affect me.

We had a horrible experience down the road with Home2Suites with rooms not being ready past 6pm. We went in explaining to Andrew at the front desk, we needed two beds and he had a king with pull out couch available. Our son had a 5:30am departure and Andrew and the shuttle driver were offering for him to come in earlier than they usually room the shuttle. We ended up driving over at 3:30am but the offer was much appreciated. Darfons was recommended for dinner we drove down less than a mile and there was an hour wait. Smelled delicious but we had a long day so found something else. Breakfast was good. Eggs, biscuits, gravy, make your own waffle, cereal, sausage all the usual breakfast offerings. Lobby smelled nice and clean Would, room was also clean. Thanks Andrew for saving our 1 night in Nashville! Would go back again!

Room was nice, went down for breakfast at 8 am. Supposed to serve until 10. They were out of all items. The lady working said she want going to make anymore. I feel I should get some money back.

Super clean hotel, close to Downtown Nashville and night life. It is just a 10 minute uber ride to local nightlife. Free hot breakfast, outdoor pool, and clean workout room. They also have a small little shop behind the front desk that has drinks, snacks, etc. Great water pressure in the shower.

This place is amazing ! The price is was way better than most in the area … Dyson at the front desk went above and behind for us …. Dyson made us feel at home ! He should be up for manager of this hotel ! Alex was Super kind ! Andrew the manager was kind and helpful ! The room was clean and very comfortable! The pool area was very nice ! The breakfast was amazing every day ! We will be back soon ! The drive to downtown was 8 minutes !

I had a late flight so I just needed a quick room for the night. Used my Marriott points to book the room and the room needs some work. A lot of water damage on the ceiling with peeling paint. If it wasn't 1:30 in the morning I would have asked for a new room. This room is not up to Marriott standards. Besides the water damage the room doesn’t look too bad.

I had a change of plans with work so I took an Uber to the area because Priceline showed multiple rooms available at the hotels in the area.I ended up here and received good customer service after the Home2 Suite next door refused to allow me to stay with a reservation I made on Priceline at the desk.Desk lady here was awesome and worked with me to get the room, along with looking up my rewards number so I got credit for the stay.Room was nice, clean, and smelled good.

This place only got a 1 star because there was not any less! We are a ambassador elite status- we’ve stayed at some really nice place and well this was the first one that we would have rather slept in the car than stayed here. The only reason we slept in this hotel is because of the circumstances we were personally dealing with. We switched rooms 3 times and the third room was just as bad as the first. The first room the toilet had toilet paper in it and when we flushed it, we found out it was clogged- they had no maintenance on duty (only 1 employee working @ 5pm). The second room was on a different floor. When we stepped off the elevator it smelt like your grandmother made tuna and left it out for 3 days. We got to our room and didn’t even walk in as it had not been cleaned. The third room was just filthy and had a previous water leak. If I was Marriott I would pull my name from this hotel! A few photos- I honestly was just sickened that I didn’t take anymore. The desk in our last room was broken and found someone’s eye glasses below the nightstand. Do better Marriott Brand!

Our flight arrived late (at midnight) and we needed a place to crash that was close by and had a shuttle. I confirmed through the App that we could get a shuttle and we we just needed to call when we landed. I called when we landed and there was no shuttle at midnight, it stops at 10pm- none would be dispatched. We had to take a taxi, which had a flat rate fee of $35 because it was after midnight.We finally get to the hotel, check in was easy, and our room was generally clean, however, the bathroom was so disgusting I wouldn’t even shower there. See pictures. The air conditioner was so loud and made a buzzing sound every few minutes that it felt like we were being tortured all night long. I couldn’t wait to leave in the morning and would have left immediately except it was so late and we were exhausted.
