The food is consistently good and reliable, though not outstanding. Service is always excellent also. Perfectly cooked filet, great Caesar - added anchovies on request - bread is great (though really think good butter would be preferable to the flavored offerings as good as the bread is), and chocolate lava cake never disappoints.

We went on Father's Day early in the afternoon (3:30) so it wasn't really busy or packed. I only had 2 issues: a smudged wine glass and the location of our table. Neither of them were catastrophic and both were fixable. I didn't ask to be moved but I did ask for a clean glass. Overall GREAT dining experience!
We enjoyed the tomahawk ribeye along with French onion soup, onion rings, mac & cheese and a wedge salad. All were tasty and the service was great.
You get what you pay for and you definitely pay for good food here. Steak and Brussel sprouts were top notchDesserts were meh - I’d stop for dessert somewhere else after dinner next time

Decided to dine at one of the iconic steakhouses in Nashville…Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse. Took a seat at the bar and Kelly got me a Kona Brewing Co Golden Ale while I reviewed the menu. It was enjoyable talking to Kelly about my dinner options, she knows the menu and made great recommendations. I decided on the Wedge Salad and a Prime Dry Aged Ribeye with some Jumbo Lump Crab Oscar style with béarnaise sauce. The salad…exceptional and the flavor of the Danish blue cheese crumbles was amazing. The steak wasn’t started until I was ready so it arrived hot and juicy! The steak was cooked perfectly, the char flavor had just enough crisp, and the steak wonderfully tender. The only disappointment was the asparagus, a bit tough and the flavor seemed to be cooked out of it. The crab meat and béarnaise sauce was a perfect accompaniment to the steak and the crab was so tender and moist. The food, service, and atmosphere is what you expect from a high-end steak house…first class!
I’ve had my ups and downs with Fleming Nashville and this is a huge improvement! Even though they got my steak temperature incorrectly they made it right! That to say the manager (Steve) made it happen! He was apologetic and understanding and I was impressed! I will be back, which is huge for me! Thanks Steve you made my night.
