I'm having lunch as I'm typing this and all I can say... nice job! The chicken has a great breading and it's juicy. Cooked perfectly! I ordered the mild and it is just right in my opinion. The lunch deal was under 10 bucks, which made it even better.The restaurant has a nice vibe and is clean. Finally, Tony was super friendly and went above and beyond for me. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area. Thanks!
The food is good , the chicken is really juicy and the tenders are huge ! The customer service was the issue, the guy at the counter was speaking in a low tone, and had a lot of attitude. He didn't know the menu well when I asked questions and had to ask the manager about the sauces . The jerk sauce was good the hot was just greasy and bland. The food alone would've gotten more stars but the customer service really bought the place down
Upon landing in Nashville we asked the car rental guy where the best place to get Nashville Chicken was. He directed us to Flamies as a new place but one of his favorites. We ended up eating there Twice during the vacation. Had Nashville Hot the first time and Flamies Hot the second. Flamies hot is a dry rub. Quite flavorful but we didn't find it to be very hot. Crinkle fries were very good. Mac and cheese side was not spectacular but also good.
The place is fantastic. I've eaten here at least 3 times now. The spicy levels are flavorful and do not disappoint. I found it easy to call ahead of time to make an order. The lobby is really quiet, so I probably wouldn't eat in there unless I wanted some peace and quiet.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. TONY the manager owner is rude and obnoxious temperamental. I went in at 5 p.m. to order 3 drums and fries. He said I'm out of fries. I said we'll let me get corn. He said I'm out of corn. I said how much for just the chicken. He said we take dollar off. The sides are clearly $2.49. He then said he was closed. ( they close at 8 p.m.) and refused to serve me. He then said I'm the owner I can do whatever I want I'm closing now. I sat in the parking pot and watched other people go in and order food. I WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT IRRATIONAL BUSINESS OWNERS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE THE OWNER/MANAGER IS RUDE.

Seen a video where he locked a customer in his establishment just for filming. called the cops and told them his life was being threatened when guy was just talking to him and asking questions. customer service skills are horrid. wouldn't support them just because of the way they handled this situation.
I give 2 stars for great customer srvc and timing. I ordered the hot level. I thought it would have more flavor and spice. The chicken was greasy. fries and bread was floating in grease. I’m used to Hot chicken places like Princess hot chicken, Hattie Bs or 400 degrees flavors. The flavor don’t compare to other hot chicken restaurants in Nashville. I believe they have potential. Don’t give up guys
The chicken is very good. I went with the hot and I found it to be right on for my taste. They have a good range of heat levels to accommodate a wide range of tolerance levels. If you are getting drum sticks be mindful there are two sizes. Snack size which are small and Jumbo which are close to the traditional size. It does take a bit of time to get the order.
