Always a good meal. Never had a bad experience at any of their locations.
One of the best burger joints I've ever been to. And I also had the pleasure of working for the company. The food is always fresh and hot and I love the Cajun and I really don't like fries. Enjoy!
Staff at this location was excellent. Short wait everything was done the way I asked, especially the well done fries. Price is up but, what else us new.
Food is great. I would even go as far as to say perfect…. If it was what I ordered.Tonight I ordered a bacon cheeseburger- single. I got a small double cheeseburger - no bacon. What I did get tasted good, but not what I paid $25 for. For prices like that you really expect it to be right which is why I didn’t check until I got home.I mean, one out of the “five guys” (the one building the finished burgers) was in and out of the door on his phone, peeking out of the door, talking on the phone, watching us wait more than he was working the front. No surprise it was mixed up.The “four guys” working did a great job. The girl on the register was super nice, prompt, looked like she was training someone at the same time and doing fantastic. Guy running the grill was focused and never stepped away.
Clean didn't buy anything only because I went to use the bathroom. Was on the road back to Maryland and stopped to buy Nothing Bundt Cakes. However staff was welcoming and understanding.
Good and fast service. Restrooms and tables are clean. Fountain machine serves most of the offered drinks. They prepared my order without mistake. Deserves 5 star.
Best burger in Nashville hands down.. fresh buns fresh meat .. cooked to order . Free toppings .. hand cut french fries .. with a crispy outside but a mashed potato inside .. salted just right.. or they got canjun style too .. a generous amount of canjun seasoning they sprinkle on the French fries gives the fries a totally new perspective .. sprinkled just right for that creole spice .. all quality product .. no cut corners .. just good food ..
I didn't want the calories of a burger. But it was the only takeout handy. I was surprised to see the veggie sandwich. And it was great!
Good milkshakes & burgers with a nice variety of toppings. A little more expensive than other restaurants for a burger and fries.
Hamburgers was good frys tasted gross. They also were more soggy then anything. We bought 2 cheese burgers a large fry and a small cheese burger and spent $42. The price is ridiculous! They don't have meals everything is separated so you spend a lot of money. I will not be going back I rather spend the money at a nice sit down restaurant then a fast food place.
