Our service has always been good at this location. On this visit, the seasoned potatoes were WAY to salty to eat. Especially if you don't eat ketchup. A really good place to go for weekend brunches.
My only experience was with Travis.Had some time to kill while my son was at art camp over at Cheekwood.My daughter and I decided to doordash and see if we could have some fun while we waited to pick him up.We waited for over 20 minutes on 2 separate orders, totaling 40 minutes past due.I said your ready times are off and it would help if you speed those times up.Travis asked me and my daughter to NEVER deliver from his location again.She is 6. She was just as confused as I was.Travis, you have no worries about us ever returning. But I thank you for the opportunity to discuss with my daughter not great leadership.
Such a great experience at First Watch!! Our server was incredibly kind and attentive - everytime we needed something she was right there. The food was amazing with great portions - but the best part was the EXTENSIVE menu. Will definitely be going back!
Wow, what a fantastic place for Brunch. Their entrees are very fairly priced, it's the drinks that get you. The food was absolutely delicious and I really enjoyed the decor. Big fan... Would recommend
Ordered online and when order was received it was missing the cheese grits, the bacon was half bunt and the English muffin that I asked in the special instructions to be toasted was barley warmed. I walked back over and did not bring my wallet with me. I was asked for my cc to put the charge back on. There was "oh, no sorry for that" instead it was a "we were out of grits and I took that off your order". That didn't happen, I see the charge and it is still on there. You had my contact information when I placed the order, why not a call to let me know you were out of the grits? Poor service.
It was very busy and confusing on who to talk to but we had our order taken very quickly and the new purple haze drink was delicious. Very nice place I would eat there again. The food was delicious
All the staff at this location are wonderful except for one the head chef. He is a complete jerk to his employees and customers. Honestly I would not tolerate that as a general manager at a restaurant. I have experience at being a general manager in restaurants and this would not fly. If an employee especially a managerial employee has problems with customers he needs to not take that out publicly and needs to keep it to himself and maybe a therapist. Besides that this restaurant is great with great food great service and wonderful vibes.

Came to Nashville for a weekend getaway for my 30th. We found this breakfast nook before the drive home. It was the best idea! Great service, Sadie Bass was Amazing and really made us feel like family. That was probably the best service I’ve had in a very long time. You’re Great Sadie. Thank you for an amazing experience for the Birthday. The atmosphere was great and had enough room for 3 adults and 2 children. The food was very fueling and satisfying, along with the great coffee. Overall 10/10 :)
