They have the best Sandwiches all around. The Turkey Bacon Ranch Sub is the Bomb. Keep up the Good work..,
Great subs, but phone ahead or pre order online. Otherwise you might be in for a wait.
We are huge fans of Firehouse but this has to be one of the worse ran franchises. The store was dirty, water on the floor pudding under the fountain drink dispenser, several items were out of stock and the staff wasnt inviting. Either the franchise owner needs to be more engaged or additional training is required. We won't be visiting this location again sadly.
Just left this nasty place. People working were rude and very unprofessional. Floor was dirty, tables unclean. One worker was wearing a hoodie over his head and his butt was showing! The food was terrible and our sandwich was cold. This used to be our favorite firehouse but we will not return! These people care nothing about the customer!
Look I get COVID is a thing, but this is the first place I've ever been in that doesn't have actual cup dispensers out for customer usage. Limes for cherry limeaid, THEIR SIGNATURE DRINK, are apparently per customer request only.... But they were out, and the guy I talked to didn't know the difference between a lime and a lemon.Then it took 30 minutes to get my food. I'm skipping this place from now on. Why don't YOU contact the general manager and figure out what's going on? I shouldn't have to reach out to the general manager myself when their store is screwing up. My only role should be giving a store money, and they give me my sandwich in less than 30 minutes. I'm not even obligated to give this review-- the fact I'm even doing it should be enough actionable feedback. Typical corporate damage control.
Went to grab a bite to eat since we were on this side of town. Person you front was very unprofessional and seemed high on the clock. Took a bit to get our food since their was only one person actually doing their job, while 5 others were just in the back giggling and making fun of the guy doing his job. The guy asked for help but they kept laughing at him. Very unprofessional, but props to the sandwich maker for sticking to it. And the manager who just replies to the comments and doesn’t do anything about this, please learn to either fire employees or find some better ones since this looks like a reoccurring thing due to previous reviews
First time having the Gluten-free bread...AMAZING! SO glad they have this option. I thought I'd never eat another sandwich again. Most GF bread is tough and hard...this is soft and delicious.
I've been to numerous Firehouse locations over the years and I've been to this one a few times. I'm usually really happy with the service & sandwich, but this location was subpar. The young man taking my order didn't seem at all interested to be there and disappeared after taking my order. Maybe he was sick, or maybe he was on some medications, but he wasn't at all interested in being there. The two people who made my sandwich did a good job, but the sandwich was mediocre at best. I'm disappointed with this location.
My favorite chain sandwich place never disappoint me. Loads of meat, reasonable price and the store is clean.
