I had a lunch special which was affordable and just enough. Not the stuff your belly type of food. Let's all get out and help the food industry that survived the Pandemic of 2019-2020.Support the people who feed us when we don't feel like or want to go cook our own food. Show your love to the helping hands that love to just be customer service oriented and be kind because this is a job they like or just have to do for the mean time. At least you were able to enjoy the food.
This is good hot Italian food. Love those bread sticks. The employees are so nice and always friendly and professional.
If you go inside and sit down you get fresh bread hot the food is hot but if you go through the drive-thru the food is cold it's very small portion and the breadsticks are hard and tough
The food is delicious! The staff was friendly and courteous. The place was clean will go back again. It's only for a limited time so hurry and go get their red velvet cheesecake ????
Food is okay. What's frustrating is that the app let's you order for pickup and they close the lobby early (3 hours before close?) without any info in the app or on their listing on Google Maps letting you know that you will have to sit in line behind 6 cars even though you ordered ahead so you didn't have to sit in line... Please fix and I will update my rating..Update: Gale (Gail?) is awesome. She made sure every detail was taken care. 5 stars for her. Would hire her in a second. Recognize good talent Fazolis.
Oh the girl was so sweet! I looked at her name tag but don’t remember exact name started with an M and had a q in it. Really long hair!
For a quick Italian bite at night without the crowd, this place is it. I had my standard oven baked sampler and my friend had the boneless wings (who knew they had those) and a small spaghetti. They were all delicious.... As was the cheesecake! The cashier brought out our food and checked on us half way through our meal. Very nice.
The wait was long due to alot of people being in there and short staffed, but the food and breadsticks were great as always
This was my first trip to Fazoli's. Ms. Angie Hatcher made us feel welcome and took great care of us. The food was great and well priced. I plan on going back and visiting Ms. Angie! She also helped me pick out a takeout order for my nephew!
The spaghetti is actually disgusting. Mac n Cheese w/ shrimp doesn't taste much better. I could eat a thousand of those breadsticks, though. Won't be eating here again.
