No kidding, I love this place! During my travels I like to check out eateries that I've heard of to see if they live up to the hype. Everything from fine dining to drive through. Well, Fattoush does not disappoint. I was walking past someone eating their gyro for lunch and struck up a conversation about how good it smelled. There began the love affair between Fattoush and I. It was busy during our first encounter and I soon discovered that it was worth the wait. The young man and beautiful young lady amazingly exchanged words with customers and pleasantries with customers as they worked. I later realized that they were the owners and this spot was featured on "Diners, Drive-ins & Dives". They humored me with a photo for my food diary. You simply must stop by! Maybe I'll see you there. Enjoy!

What a great place. We came because we saw it on Triple D’s and it did not disappoint. The food was bomb we had the sample plate which allowed us to sample a little of everything, and the portions were a lot!! Hummus and falafel were delicious as were the the beef and chicken shawarma. We also had the baklava which was just delicious. Joseph and his dad were amazing with customer service and super fun and fun to talk too!!!

Everything was perfectly cooked and very tasty. The hummus is delicious. There was confusion at the counter regarding whose order was what, but it all worked out amidst some lighthearted jokes and conversation. All in all this place is classic local joint.

Excellent meal, excellent service! Apparently excellence was infectious as seemed the other customers were friendly and talked about how good the food is. Get the sampler platter. Little bit of everything. Who likes this place? This guy….and apparently that guy too

Love this place! Went there on a Friday before the busy dinner hours. We love Mediterranean and it did not disappoint! We were greeted by the owner. I'd assumed I would get gyro, but when he showed me the day's special, lamb shank, I had to try it. Incredible! There was a lot of fall-off-the-bone meat, accompanied by delicious flavorful rice, fresh salad and a generous helping of hummus with just the right amount of creaminess and spice. My wife ordered the falafel salad, which included four good sized falafel, hummus and he generously included rice. The daily special included dessert. We opted to share the coconut cake which was very moist and not too sweet. The experience was totally satisfying. We were on our way out of town when we stopped but can't wait to get back.

Amazing food and great customer service. It’s a must stop and enjoy.

great food, lamb lunch special was unbelievable! Owners were so friendly, and we'll be back next month, when in town !

We decided to go after seeing this place on Triple D. I had high hopes for the food after the show and seeing the reviews. Unfortunately it didn’t measure up. We are big fans of middle eastern and Mediterranean food. When we arrived the owner was working by himself to serve everyone. The food was not at appropriate temperatures, all the meats were cold. They were flavorful but very cold. The soup was the same good flavor but cold. What bothered me most about that was that it’s unsafe to hold food at that temp and the owner knew the temperature was wrong because he was putting everything in the microwave. The falafel looked so delicious and green and herbaceous on the show…but it was hard and brown when we ordered it today. The hummus was WAY too heavy on tahini and was inedible and bitter. I hope that it’s just a staffing issue because I can see there is potential for delicious food here but it just wasn’t executed well today. Not 40 dollars well spent for us.

This is very good Greek gyro. Perhaps a little more pricey than some of the other places we go, but you get a very large portion. Both chicken and lamb/beef gyro are good as well as the hummus. The lamb shank was featured on Diners Dive Ins and Dives, but it was not available upon our last visit. The staff is a family and they are very friendly. The wife gave us a ton of free dessert because we had to wait a bit for our meals even though it was not that bad of a wait. She had made some kind of homemade sweet cream cheese baklava which was incredible. We have been many times in the past and will continue to go again.

OMG..., AMAZING!!! We missed out on the lentil soup the first day (sold out) so had to come back today for it. It was AMAZING! The falafels were some of the best we've had and the dolmathes were out of this world! But..., the customer experience from the owners and the actual in dining experience was the best! I would have taken a pic of the chicken swarma Jacob had but it was gone before I had the chance to take a pic ? This is a must stop anytime we're in Nashville!!! Thank you Fattoush Cafe for our happy bellies!!! ? ??‍♀️??
