This is the best pizza in Nashville. That said, the pizza in their East Nashville location is better than the gulch.
Haven’t had this pizza since I moved away from Brooklyn in 21. I was visiting family in Nashville, and didn’t realize that our hotel was next door to Emily Squared. The Colony is my favorite pizza on the menu. I was so excited to pick up my pizza, but realized I ordered my pizza from the wrong Nashville location. The staff here was so kind and accommodating. They helped me still get my pizza to go, even though it was close to closing time, and everyone was so friendly. The staff here was just as awesome as the staff in BK, and I was so happy to share one of my favorite BK pizza spots with family in a new city. Delicious food, awesome spot, and will def be back again next time I visit. Thank you!
Detroit style pizza, thick crust. The sauce is really fresh and light with a touch of spicy-really good! Thick pepperoni slices that are cooked from the oven are really great! My delivery driver was from DoorDash. His name was Adam, but Adam was a girl with a burka. I can’t comment on what Adam is, but I didn’t want to open the hotel room door when I’m looking for a male and a female was there. This is a DoorDash issue, not Emmy Squared.
I took a friend here who was visiting from out of town. They were able to get us in earlier than our reservation as we were hungry earlier than we had planned. The loaded fries and vodka sauce pizza were great. Staff was very friendly. Only 2 downsides were that the cover patio was still pretty hot even with fans, and they have a house made ranch that has its own spin. The ranch was not bad but different than the every day.
The experience was full of contractions. You enter through some tented delivery portal, which is very odd. The dining room tries to give a semi formal vibe with the place settings and candle-lit tables, but then there is a chalkboard design on the wall. We were poured small glasses of lukewarm water without ice when we were seated. Soda was poured out of a can at the table (we did get ice this time). The pizza was ok… reminiscent of Pizza Hut when Pizza Hut was good. The pepperoni was pretty crispy. The pizza was pretty small. They advertised 30% off classic pizzas on Wednesdays, but we didn’t receive that discount. The “check” is shown to you on a handheld device and the server stands there and waits for payment, which is also awkward. Nothing to write home about.
Amazing food. Had pizza and a salad which was very delicious. Next time, Iâm going to try a burger. Girlfriend got the hot Nashville chicken sandwich (comes on a pretzel bun) and said it was so good.
Amazing food!We’ve been to Emily in NYC and made reservations from Emmy as soon as we knew we were going to Nashville.Every.Single.Thing we’ve had here is amazing. The Brussels sprouts salad is so delicious, even though it doesn’t necessarily sound good… it’s beyond good!The pesto breadsticks are delicious little pieces of garlicky, cheesy, pesto deliciousness.The Zia fries were everything that we were hoping them to be (we planned our meal before getting there)!!The pizza with burrata… amazing, and just spicy enough. So good!This was plenty of food for four, but I wish we would have had room for the burger!We celebrated our daughter’s 21 on this trip and they were so celebratory at Emmy, thank you!!We will be back, we love this chain so much!!!
My boyfriend and I paid $21 EACH for the worst cheeseburger I’ve ever had. The Emmy burger was supposed to be double stacked. It was delivered single stack with nothing but a piece of cheese, a wilted pickle and the sauce that i didn't even bother trying. The meat tasted bad and just awful!
Absolutely perfect pizza spot. Small and cozy with delicious food. Perfect pizza following a full day on Broadway. Also, very convenient if you are staying at the W Hotel as it’s a 30 second walk from the main entrance.
A little pricey for what you get, but the pizza was good.
