Ate lunch there & was very satisfied with the food. Had the burnt ends with grits & mac n cheese. The mac n cheese was very good. The burnt ends were tremendous, the grits were very good. The corn bread was not very tasty.
We visited this joint after much hype and we not dissapointed!!! The food is delicious and as we were not locals they made us feel very welcome. We picked up some sauce so we could hopefully take some little hint of the taste back to the UK with us. We stayed for a few at the bar which put icing on the cake. 10/10
Ordered delivery through Uber Eats. Large portions, brisket was so tender and flavorful. Potato salad was tasty too. Husband didn't care for the baked beans.

First visit a little late in the evening. Unfortunately the first 6 or so of my choices on the menu were sold out for the day. I had the smoked dry rub chicken wings. They were worth trying again for sure. I'll be back next time I am in Nashville.
Great outdoor eating area, friendly staff, and we love their tacos, the brisket and the catfish tacos!
The best brisket ever. It was as tender as butter. The BEST meal we had on our trip and it is located on a lovely street with small fun shops!!
I visited with 4 other “seasoned” ladies late April while on a “girl” trip. I lived all my life in Alabama until 17 years ago when we move to Cincinnati…I have had good bbq in both places, a little more difficult to find in Ohio, but it is here. None of us were impressed with the taste of the sides or the pulled pork. The sauce was ok to meat but spicy to a few. The meat was tender and not fatty…it just lacked any smoky flavor. In fact, it just plain had no flavor! The servers were nice, but not very helpful. We gave our order at the counter and they brought it to us…everyone was nice, but no one very concerned about our order. The slaw was very vinegary…to a point of being sour, the beans were almost canned pork and beans, the potato salad had no flavor, and we felt it was very pricy, especially since it cost me almost $10 to park. We ate at 2 other places in 12 south, and felt they were very pricy as well! It was a cute town, but better food and prices are easy to find in other areas of Nashville….sorry!
Amazing wings and margs! Great bar service! Was a longer wait, but definitely worth it! Highly recommend!
