Love edible arrangements i can send any type of gift for any occasion and they deliver almost anywhere and when i had an issue in Tennessee with 5 missing strawberries and 3 cheese cakes on my last order ,they remade the order and redelivered. The only thing that made me cringe was the girl asked . Are you sure you didnt eat any of it ??? That's not customer service of course i didn't or i wouldn't be calling you back. Price is a tab high

I was impressed by the timeliness of the delivery, but very disappointed that my order was not correct. Zero dipped berries. I triple checked that the bouquet I ordered included them so it is frustrating that I paid more for this and got less.
I’m at work on this gloomy morning when my co worker brought in smoothies for everyone. A few sips of this delicious smoothie took me from a dry, shriveled, colorless shell of myself to feeling plump, vibrant, and alive again. This smoothie is currently giving me life and I would like to thank Edible Arrangements for giving me the vitamins and nutrients I needed in a delicious drink.
Need to give zero stars. Horrible place. Ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my daughter and they never delivered. Never called and never emailed. I called at 5PM and said my daughter has not reviewed anything. They said we have not delivered yet and are too busy to update the tracking which said "Arranging your order now." Called the next day and they said there was a Nationwide crash and didn't receive some orders which is a lie since I called at 5pm and they had the order. Bottom line, had 300 orders and just didn't fill some. Then gave me some lie about transferring to another store for delivery. Called the other store and no answer which they are known for not answering phone or leaving off the hook. All lies. Was rude and said they would refund my money very loudly and hung up. My daughter had company and was waiting for the delivery for dessert. Don't risk this place as you may not get your order then they are sarcastic and rude on the phone!!!
As a person who eats, I would much rather receive delicious food arranged beautifully, than non edible flowers arranged beautifully. You'll spend about as much sending people you care about an edible arrangement, as you would on flowers, but hey you're also feeding them.
They were at least open. Had nothing ready to sell. Told me 20 minutes to get it ready, after I paid they changed that to 45 minutes. The product is expensive but pretty good.
Came in and nobody was minding the store. Not safe and very disappointing. I was so waiting for this store to open.
