E+ROSE Wellness Cafe is my favorite spot in Nashville to get all my meals, snacks, pick me ups, energizers and daily wellness juices. I am in LOVE with E+ROSE! Their locations are all very clean, unique and friendly staffed. They have a very welcome + laid back atmosphere that allows you to enjoy your experience when you go in, wether to order and sit, or wether you’re just picking up an online order! I really can’t say enough GREAT things about E+ROSE. They use the most fresh & high quality ingredients to ensure goodness in every bite or sip. Their menu also lacks no variety, and their specials are always fun & delightful! Their items are so affordable, I could go every single day. If you haven’t been yet, RUN TO E+ROSE!!
Cool place, with a nice hipster vibe with all the usual visual cues to keep the Peloton/Prana clientele happy.Their SOBRO bowl was great.Our toasts were prepared by a cool guy who was SO slow that we almost starved but, as Spring rolled into Summer, our toasts duly appeared and were works of art. See pic.Also super tasty, so we’re glad we kept the faith. 5 stars minus one for the “slow food” toasts.Namaste!
The most disorganized restaurant in Nashville I've visited and it's not even close. Waited 25 mins on a acai bowl which had old bananas in it, only to be spoken to by the lady at the register as if I was in the wrong bc I patiently waited for a fruit bowl. Never again. Manager was kind, which is a plus. They're getting 2 stars bc the coffee was decent. You're better off going anywhere else that serves healthy options.
What a great environment and what great staff! The aloha bowl was to die for, and the vibe was immaculate. I love everything that this company stands for and how inclusive it is for people who have food allergies. 10/10 highly recommend.

Favorite healthy cafe in Nashville and wish we had them in Austin! Clean and inviting space from the outside in. Wonderful aromas greet you upon entering. Perfect selection of healthy drinks and bites make for the best morning or daytime snacks when traveling, intermittent fasting or just living. Plethora of customizations available.
Their coffees are amazing, I love the baked goods, but their service is terrible. I ordered a latte at 8:30am, order pickup was 8:51am and at 9:10am I finally got it. 40 minutes for 2 coffees. The woman beside me joked they were picking the coconuts for her bowl because it had also been over 25mins for her. I’d love to say this is an isolated incident but my wife and I have never gotten our coffees in under a 20min turn around. I asked the woman behind the counter and and she said pretty rudely that this is how it is in the morning when they get busy. No apology, nothing. If you have an hour to spare and don’t mind being ignored or treated poorly, this is your place.
I've eaten here a few times and the I can say that the food is delicious but presentation is hit or miss, and the wait time, even when not busy, is a little long IMO. The food is super healthy and they don't hide or use unhealthy additives. Worth the try.
I am new to Nashville and it was very difficult for me to find a place that is healthy in all aspects I stopped drinking another coffee company because the coffee options are unique and the vitamins in many solid or liquid aspects I have been impressed with how delicious and wonderful that it is to eat E+ROSE thanks for making my days so full of good vibes and Love sharing energy day by day Thanks to all the Team always professional and effective this location going beyond sending Strong hugs and success !!!
