Just stopped by here to get matcha & mocha while on a business trip & really impressed by this place, but also the wonderful people who work here. The girls are not only beautiful, but also super friendly & efficient. The place was quite busy but we were in & out in less than 5 minutes. Love all the healthy stuff they have, from fresh juices to yummy salads, to healthy adaptogens/super foods they can add to anything. Genius! Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in Nashville :)
Overpriced for what you get. Deceptive photos - the toast is a fraction the size you’d expect. Tasty and creative combinations.
The last several times I’ve placed take-out orders they’ve not been ready on time and the last time they acted as if I hadn’t actually placed the order. I showed up 20 minutes after ordering and they hadn’t started preparing my order. They begrudgingly offered to make it when I walked in. No thanks. If you are going to charge $20 for a smoothie, try to at least do it right. I’m not paying for your hipster pretension.
Who says good healthy food has to be boring? This place is serving music! I wish we had one in my town!! Next time I visit, I will be here again. I have family visiting Nashville and I’ll make sure to tell them too! Thank you! Friendly staff too!
Good for a rest when exploring Nashville. Interesting wellness products on offer but also very good coffee and tea.
Outstanding açaí bowl - the Sobro. Place is also clean and cozy. Can seat about 6 people
I live next door to this place and really want to like it, but every time I purchase anything here, I regret it. Their smoothies are good but that’s where my compliments for this place end. The employees are not very friendly, and their coffee is consistently bad and VERY overpriced. I have worked in specialty coffee in another expensive part of town for years and can say with absolute confidence that they are hugely overcharging for the coffee that they’re using. Their lattes have very little espresso but cost the same as a much stronger drink at any other shop, and their drip coffee is absolutely nothing special but also (you guessed it) very over priced. The iced latte I ordered today was the color of a watery chai and tasted like straight up milk. Don’t waste your time or your money here, no matter how convenient it is. Like I said, I regret it every time.
Great establishment for juice and health-inspired vibes. In terms of coffee, nope. Barista lacked all knowledge of beans and coffee prep. No hand pours here, only espresso and drip - both use the same dark roast bean. They offer great whole bean variety for retail, but only serve one type for all beverages. For coffee, visit Elixir as an alternative which is nearby
Great place for fresh, organic foods and a health boost. Great options.I wish they would have more of a description on some items that showed what it was good for - example: heart health, aids in digestion, immune system, etc. Some items like the shots are missing it.
Love their food and products. They taste fantastic every time, but they are slightly inconsistent. I have gotten the brain fuel several times and it’s tasted a little different each time. My main problem is the coffee lids, they have split every time I’ve gotten a coffee and it’s frustrating bc some always spills. Also wanted to mention that they have curbside as an option but it really isn’t. I had my dog with me in the car so I did curbside pickup and then called to let them know I was there for curbside pickup when i got there after a few minutes of waiting and they said you can just come in. I put my car information in so that I could do curbside, so it was frustrating. Also with my dog in the car, he was in my seat and I spilled half my coffee getting back in the car. If curbside wasn’t an option I would have left him at home. Again, love the food and coffee, but a few things to tweak.
