Customer service was fine until I asked for there to be coffee in my latte. Gal remade it, was not friendly and it still sucked. Tossed it and walked next door to Starbucks. Much better all the way around.
Great spot for a seasonal flavored coffee. Easy walking distance from Vanderbilt Hospital. Fresh delicious donuts and iced coffee available as well.
Basic order - large chai tea latte and large coffee - chai cup was half full, with the remainder of the cup being foam and it tasted like coffee. I'm not sure what they made, but it wasn't what we ordered. 2 stars because the donuts were decent and they couldn't mess up a plain, large coffee.
One of the nastiest ones I’ve ever been to.Coffee, milk, syrup all over the counters. The bottom of my cup is so sticky and not a single person washed their hands the whole time I was waiting including the woman who walked in for her shift that actually made my coffee
Nicest employees ever!! I came in with my coffee that another location made that was absolutely horrible & they were kind enough to remake it & treat me with kindness. The coffee was PERFECT.
A gentleman named Chris is the only one working this morning there is a line out the door and he's staying cool calm and collective. He is a taller gentleman with a few piercings but he definitely deserves a raise considering he's the only employee showing up to work!
Why is there one guy doing everything? Literally waited 20 minutes for my order and had to cancel it. America runs in Dunkin? God save us if it does.
Says they close at 7, I arrived 20 min early and the doors were locked and the guy looking at me*major eye roll* and huge disappointment. Luckily ✨Starbucks✨was open
I ordered $60 worth of food from this Dunkin’ and every single thing was wrong! I ordered online and the receipt was correct but food wasn’t. If you’re gonna eat here order inside.
