This location always has issues with making drinks right and making sure everything is in your order. I order the same simple coffee every day and somehow it’s always nasty. The service is terrible as well. Employees care more about talking to each other and being on their phones.

Idk who has rated this place 5 stars. How much they pay yall to do that Had? ?My experience there: Had me "pull up" when noone was behind me so they could take 20 mins to make my wake up wrap and it not effect their drive thru time stats. Ended up just parking and going in and waiting on it after about 15 mins. They were more worried about talking and texting on their phones than customer service
Drive thru service this morning was fast my order was correct and the employees were courteous.
Very Disappointed with Service, each order takes 10-15 mins. Cars lined up around the building for drive thru, after order payment they ask to stay in parking lot waiting.
Really impressed by service I received. The lady that was working drive thru I think her name is Mecca was super sweet and communicative. I only saw her and one other guy black dude with gold cross chain working and if that’s the case they did phenomenal job working fast and efficiently while juggling huge line of orders. They deserve a raise
I just stopped at the Harding place DD location and when the young lady gave me my coffee I wasn’t feeling it bc ya know how sometimes ya get one and it seems to be milk and flavor with no espresso? Well yea that happened so I asked her kinda rudely “is there any espresso in here?” Which in hind sight wasn’t the best way to say it I guess lol but she offered to put more espresso in and I was pleasantly surprised when she gave it back it was PERFECCCTTT and I was pumped. They also have my toddler an extra couple munchkins as they were about to close which was so kind and thoughtful! He waved to them and thanked them and they were very sweet with him. Good girls. Great experience! Thanks ladies!!
Very rude staff, couldn’t get help and just stood there watching the employees stand around. The place was a mess. One girl was doing all the work while another girl stood around on her phone. Some male employee told then girl on her phone to finally acknowledge me by saying “see what she want” so rude

Horrible. Can’t even come inside to pick up my mobile order, line is wrapped around the building with each car taking 10-12 minutes at the window; my mobile order needs to be refunded because we were unable to wait an hour for hour meal and are unable to cancel the order within the app. I will not come back to this location again
