Always exceptional quality but today was customer service was above and beyond. I ordered special birthday cake to pick up today and there is a snow storm. Dessert Designs called at 7:30am to notify me that my cake was ready for pick up. I had anticipated that they would be closed due to weather and there would be much disappointment without the fabulous chocolate peppermint cake. Thank you for going out of your way to make it happen! Hard work and exceptional quality are a winning combination!
I ordered a Hallelujah cake to serve for Christmas dinner. The icing was delicious,but the cake portion was very dry. I wasdisappointed as the cake was very expensive .
My mom got me the Firefly cake for my birthday and this it's literally the best cake I've ever eaten! The flavors are amazing no matter which layer you're on and the caramel icing takes me back to my nanny's jam cake! I will absolutely be ordering all of my cakes from them from now on!! ABSOLUTELY perfect!! And for the quality of the ingredients and the time and effort that goes into each one I haven't seen a better deal ANYwhere!
Dessert Designs did a fabulous job with the wedding cake and groom's cake for my daughter's wedding. They were punctual in the delivery and everything was beautiful and delicious. I would use them again!
We had a great experience with using Dessert Designs for our wedding. The team was great in crafting a perfect menu for our wedding's cake bar with 9 different flavors, and they tasted delicious! Our guests specifically were texting me the next day asking about them!We did have a small issue with a price discrepancy after what we were originally quoted, so that is the reason for the missing star, but we got it figured out and had a good experience!
