Busy upbeat place. Great service from Clifton and the mgr, Anna also checked on us often. The ribeye and lobster tail were amazing.
Unfortunately, very poor experience this Saturday night. Had a reservation but still had to wait 30 minutes. And that was after checking back in again and again. Food for all 4 was sub par. Had to wait and wait for food. Waitress did her best but overwhelmed with all her tables. Disappointing.
There was no one at the hostess stand for over 10 minutes. Then took another 10 min to be seated. They no longer have our 2 favorite drinks on the menu. Furthermore, dinner took over 2 hours due to poor service. I understand that restaurants are short staffed, but this was a bit much.
Ease of making a reservation. Convenient location and food was fairly priced and delicious.
We were the first ones seated at 11:25 and it took 2 hours to get our food and pay our check - ridiculous
Del Frisco Nashville is only Del Frisco in name the food quality came cold and our weight staff was nonexistent. We left the restaurant before ever ordering our meal. We ordered wine and soup to start and it came cold and then we never saw our waiter for 20 minutes so we got up offered to pay the check and left. I realize this is post Covid but there was plenty of help in the restaurant it was just poorly managed. So many great places in Nashville skip the spot
Went for dinner early evening and was âNOTâ greeted in a pleasant manner. We waited for a while and without getting into a back and forth about where to sit we took a booth in the bar area. Once seated we saw the entire ledge around our booth and along side the others separating had dust thick enough to write your name it. Our waitress was very good and the service overall once seated was great. The food was below average for this price point. The appetizers came at luke warm to cold. The steaks again below average and the sides were again under cooked and unremarkable. I go to Del Friscos in other cities and the experience is significantly better. It will be a while before giving this one in my hometown another try. Too many other choices.
The food was delicious, but I asked for my steak to be medium well and they cooked it well done
The server was new and took forever to bring our beers while the place was empty. When you go to Del Friscos you expect exceptional service. Food was fine.
The food was great as always, the service (Chris) was outstanding, and the experience was great as usual. My only disappointment is that you took the braised short rib stroganoff off the menu!
