This was the best vegan fish I have ever experienced. They season the food very well, I enjoyed some delicious potatoes. I recommend this restaurant and thank for opening this awesome business in Nashville.
Girlfriend and I went on Saturday for lunch, and we both got the fish sandwich and some cookies. After my first bite I had to check to make sure it was plant based, because it had the same flavors and texture as a really high quality fish sandwich. Completely blown away by how good it is, we plan to go back every time we see it pop up! The cookies were amazing too, snickerdoodle peanut butter? Amazing combo. And I dont know where they found vegan white chocolate chips for the macadamia cookies but im jealous!! I can't recommend this place enough, and if I had the money I'd invest in them getting a permanent restaurant so I could eat it all the time.
The fish sandwich and the Key Lime pie was delicious! You better order two sandwiches! The Chef was nice and he came out to greet us warmly!
This place is great! The only downside is that they're only open every other weekend at the moment (though they're working on changing that). I've had nearly everything on their menu, nothing was a disappointment, but for me the standout favorites were the Leek Po Boy (so, so, so good), the burger (and I'm not normally a burger kinda guy), and the Key Lime Pie. Their Sicilian dog was also exceptional, fully loaded with flavor. If you've not had Deep Sea vegan yet I recommend you change that ASAP.
Food was great and they were very friendly!
I have ate a lot of vegan food in my day, what you guys do with food is 100% amazing!! I had the burger and cheesy potatoes!!!! Man!! I will be looking forward to pop up events and hopefully you guys can have a whole restaurant soon to bring the amazing food to people and they can learn about a plant based diet, thank you!!
Enjoyed the seaside cheeseburger and golden reef chantillys for lunch today. This burger is the reason beyond meat was created. To call this juicy and meaty is an understatement. The flavors here are not playing around. You thought that was the star of the show but wait til you try the chantillys!! These were fluffy, sharp, and tangy. A side that could seriously hold it's on even on any Thanksgiving table. Can't wait to go back and try the crab cakes.Sorry no picture of the food. I ate it too fast.
So happy to have another vegan spot on the east side! The food here is pretty great tasting. They were out of the fish sandwich, as well as several other menu items, when I visited around 3:30 on a Sunday. I ordered the 'calamari' po' boy, which was delicious BUT not a po' boy. It was $14 and slightly bigger than a slider, served on a sweeter tasting roll (not french bread). It came with a side of coleslaw. I honestly would have had to eat 2 to 3 of the slider/po' boys to feel full, but that would have cost somewhere in the neighborhood of $30-45. It was a nice snack, but I could not afford to eat a filling meal here on a regular basis if all of their dishes are similarly sized (and seemingly low on protein). I will continue to support when I can!
Amazing vegan food! The burger was the best I've had!
Wow! What an amazing lunch
