Bring your wallet. Great games and something for everyone. Just get ready to drop a couple Benjamin's.
The restaurant was good. I had the cesar grilled chicken salad. A little heavy on the dressing though, and the parmesean crisp was stale. I know they were a little short so I wasn't really too upset we didn't get a drink refill.
Stopped at this location for dinner, when we arrived the girl at the front desk told us we needed to go to the host/hostess booth to be seated. No one was there, we stood around for a couple of minutes… before some guy that I thought was maybe a manager come up and asked us how many in our party. We told him, and he walked off and got the girl that we originally spoke when we walked in. She seated us without ever saying a word. We sat at our booth for a couple of minutes before the waitress came up to take our drink order. Before she took our order, she asked us if the hostess had told us that they had a very limited menu… like 4 items, because they were out of everything. We told her no, and decided to go somewhere else. We heard the waitress tell someone as we were leaving, that the hostess wasn’t informing anyone of the limited menu. This is the worst Dave & Busters ever. Out of the 4 staff members we encountered, only one seemed to care about their job or the customers.
After our dinner we stopped in here to see if it was diffrent from our indy one. They did have some other games. It is a really big area. It even has a bowling alley. We had a lot of fun.
Really expensive, ? for the service received. Waitress did not ever check on us. Food was iffy.
Went mid day not a crowd at all. The bartender was really nice and helpful with the new items on the menu..
Just went to enjoy D&B Opry Mills. They served my child raw chicken. Then the GM decided to cuss me out. This is definitely a problem that stems from the unprofessional leadership of this store. My suggestion is stay away from Opry Mills D&B..
My kids and I Always have the best time here! Wish prices were a little lower but it’s a lot of fun so usually don’t mind! Best day to go is half price game day. Food was great New shrimp dip was a little salty but still good. Great drinks! Love how they keep adding new menu items. They could use a few more employees in the section where you get prizes though!
Dave and busters was a great place to hang out! We played some games then after about an hour we ate lunch. A bit of advice about this: the dining room in the back had an hour and a half wait. While the table seating around the bar is open tables. The only thing about this is you really have to be on your game when its busy to get a table. When you see a family being to leave you need to go stand next to their table to claim it before its even clean otherwise you'll never get a table during lunch or dinner times. We used the app which was nice to keep track of tokens and tickets. The prize area was a bit sparse and I wish they kept it more stocked during heavy times.
food came out cold. flavor was great though. bowling was terrible. charged us 211$ for 1 game of bowling. outrageous.
