We were at Opry Mills Mall Friday 7/29 in the afternoon. No one at the counter. A sleeve of broken cones were laying on the counter. A line formed. No employees emerged to give service. The line dispersed. The store seemed abandoned.
The worst customer service. The female that waited on me acted as if I was an annoyance more than someone paying her for a service. I have read all the other negative comments seems the owners who respond would figure this out by now and start making changes or continue to let their business go else where because that’s where mine is going.
Very lazy workers and messed my food up
This is MONTOYA who has absolutely no problem telling you after you’ve waited 10 min in the line to look you in the face and tell you how she’s had a long day and she’s tired and she WILL NOT take MY order she doesn’t care she gave me her name and said she was the manager and that she wasn’t going to take my order and could careless…I didn’t ask for her to build a space ship I asked for a vanilla ice cream cone …I myself am in customer service but this little girl needs to be history !I myself am a manager and would never treat nor talk to a customer the way she did her mouth is trash nothing about her resembled a. Manager period!!!
I came and ordered a chocolate covered cheesecake blizzard. It is online on the dairy queen website. The manager said he has been there for 18 years and never heard of it, so he wanted to charge me extra for candy even though those are the original ingredients that come in the blizzard. Please look ut up. He was so conceited and said "I don't need your money here, you can leave now". Super rude and ignorant even though the girl there making the blizzard was pleasant. What a waste of ice cream and candy just because he didn't remember that blizzard and his ego didn't want to let it go infant of his worker. What a complete loser..
The 31st I went to grab me something it was 5:50pm the mall didn’t close until 7pm. I went to stand in line and was told they were already closed, but the lights were still on. The mall does have a policy that doesn’t allow stores to close early. Most of the time when I do go the service isn’t the best either.
4 employees, all go on break at the same time. This place used to be a little better, thats why they get the extra second star **. Went once, "out of ice cream." Was 4 employees fumbling around like they were all lost. Went 30 min later for sign up, (on break)
Terrible service, had no idea what they were doing. We asked for napkins and the attendant showed so much attitude about it. Got two of our orders wrong. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Try the peanut Buster parfait. It is the best ice cream item on the menu. Beware of the addiction level. Good luck.
The cashier was rude and said we are not open!!!!! Yes but I work at the mall and if you go in at 10:00 then you wait! The lights were on here and the cashier was rude!! You don't have to be rude about not being open! !! Your lights were on and I didn't know! !!!!!
