The serving sizes are very large, but this place is also overly expensive. I ordered kid sizes for my children, but really, the kid size is better for two-three children. They were too large, and it was largely a waste since my children couldn't even make a dent in them. The banana flavor is very artificial and not very good. The atmosphere is very nice on the back patio and the staff was very polite and kind. In summary, I paid 50 dollars for four mediocre snow cones that no one could finish.

My friend and I were so excited to try this place! We both had an alcoholic snow cone and they were very good. However, a few minutes after eating, my friend and I became very nauseous. Like severely nauseous. We sadly had to end our Saturday night in Nashville early because of this so I definately would say the snow cone was not worth the $20 I spent on it.

Love the shaved ice. The ambience on the back porch is wonderful and peaceful. The service is great.

It's a nice little spot with a cool take on Shaved Ice and ice cream. The kids got some bowls of shaved ice with ice cream on top and I got the Snowball Lemaonade. It was pretty great. It is however pretty overpriced. I paid 25 bucks with a 3 dollar tip for the lemonade and 1 ice cream. Is it worth it? Thats up to you. I'm not rushing back over there but I'd go again if in the area.

* Assembly Food Hall Location - Downtown *Not a great experience! My young daughter accidentally bumped her bowl of ice cream and spilled toppings as she was sitting down at the table. We nicely asked Martha, the attendant on duty, if she could maybe refresh the toppings on the ice cream, due to an accident. After looking at me like I was asking for the world, she rudely grabbed 4 m&m's and said, "this is the best I can do." I told her not to even worry about it. She said, "I'm sorry but we can't be liable for your daughter accidently bumping her ice cream as she's sitting down!" Wow! If good customer service is something you expect when paying for services/products, and are looking to get a sweet treat, look elsewhere!I proceeded to ask for her manager's contact info, and she rudely responded, I don't think that matters.

Great tasting treat!! Fun experience with my Grands!!

I can only comment on on the incompetence of the staff since they can't or won't answer a simple question. When you promote yourself as a Hawaiian shaved ice company, you should be prepared to say whether or not the ice is actually shaved or not. I asked that very simple question and I was told "We can't tell you how we make our ice". Last time I checked the recipe for ice was water and cold, so don't act like it is a national security question. I have had many "shaved ice" places essentially serve me a snow cone. I don't particularly like snow cones. So in an effort to clarify the situation and maybe purchase something I asked to see just a little sample of the ice and was told "there are pictures on the menu. So, I just left. I won't spend money with rude (stupid?) people.

Awesome treat and great staff!

All this time I've lived here and didn't know about this wunderbar establishment. Cotton & Snow has some of the finest crafted dessert I've ever had. They have a large menu with no shortage of options on flavors for a variety of different things: ice cream, shaved ice, milkshakes, floats, coffees, and sno-ball drinks. The amount you're given is enough to easily feed two people. The quality of ingredients were prominently on display. This definitely seems like the kind of place you could go to 20 times, get something different every visit, and find that each new offering was better than the last. Cotton & Snow would be a great cap to a date or day out with the family.

They has great customer service.
