Higher prices smaller portions, incoherent staff, wrong drink, asked for sauce no sauce. Waited in drive thru twenty minutes for trash basically, it use to be a great place I guess management doesn't care anymore. And stop selling dollar tree fries and go back to the quality ones
The three star review is merely for the fact that this locations lobby is still closed. What the world?!? I mean if you can’t find workers, that’s one thing. But if it’s closed due to Covid, that’s ridiculous! It just makes the wait in the drive thru that much longer. The prices have gone up, but so has everything else. The food is always good.
First time we went here, they overcharged us by several dollars for two trays. 7+7 does not equal 18. Second time we went here, I only ordered a wrap and some fries and they forgot the fries. It was late at night and wasn’t worth going in to get them to fix it. This location gives Cook Out a bad name. I’ll drive to West End rather than patronize this one again.
Something of note... This location's lobby is still closed due to covid 6/12/22... A little unexpected and frustrating since we're just traveling through and have no where to take the food to eat.This is the first time I've had cook out. It was great!The four of us ordered very different items from each other and they were all good and recommended.I had the original grilled chicken sandwich.It was well cooked, very juicy, good amount of salt/seasonings, and had a nice smokey flavor.They missed getting us one of our shakes but we went back and was given it without issue when we came through. No arguments, no accusations, no issues, very polite. I was very impressed, so didn't take away a star for forgetting it in the first place. They are willing to correct a mistake and that's the most I could/would expect of any decent place.Would highly recommend.
Food is VERY cheap so it’s never a bad option. Foods decent a lot better than a place like Krystal but checkers is across the street and they’re probably better if you’re okay spending more. Milkshakes are good but always so thick.
Best drive-through food I've personally ever found after 1am in North Nashville. Definitely worth eating if you are very hungry and it is the middle of the night. Also, they are fast as lightning, don't let a long line send you away to bed unfed. The price is amazing ?, particularly if you are from an over-priced tech rich city from the west.
Love the shakes and walking taco!! Service is super fast, don't wait long no matter how long drive thru line is. Only issue I have is w/ CustService is hit or miss ...depends on who is working or if just rude in general.
I cannot remember the employee's name but there was one single young woman working at the time, the only person in the entire store, and my order was ready in a reasonable amount of time and was correct. Whoever that is should be given a raise or a promotion or something.
My pork sandwiches were so dry and all of my wraps hardly had anything in them!
If you’re vegetarian be careful!! my bf wanted to try this place late night so I ordered the cheese quesadilla and it had chicken and I didn’t notice until I had already swallowed some. I understand mistakes happen but just make sure to check if you end up here
